This beautifully renovated Ski-in / Ski-Out haven is nestled just above Snowmass's award-winning ski school and walking distance to all of Snowmass's finest restaurants, retail shops, and grocery store, this location cannot be beat!

This space features an open concept with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds and a full size bed in the second bedroom, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, along with a light and bright living/dining room. The unit has recently been through a complete interior remodel including all new floors, bathrooms, fireplace, paint, furniture, beds, lighting, décor, and more!

Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the skier shuttle provides rides to Aspen Ajax, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. If you prefer private transportation, our concierge team is here to arrange transfer to any destination in comfort and style.

    The Team at ABL Concierge is fantastic and provided much more assistance than I ever expected. Our family has young children, and travel can be stressful at times. ABL helped us make the most out of our vacation by offering services and suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable.     This property was ideal for 4 night 3 day ski trip for 3 adults and one child! Ideal location for lifts, village, etc! The panoramic view was an added treat! The property amenities were so nice to have, even great toilet paper :) would definitely stay here again!

    Booked this VRBO property based on location and listed website pictures. The convenient location was as advertised, but that’s where things stopped. The unit itself was more sterile and unappealing than a stripped down hospital room. I was informed that the unit was being remodeled, but it appeared to look more like a repo job where someone forgot to make due on their payment, leaving a few pieces of cheap worn out furniture behind. There was no art on the walls. The stone fireplace and decorative wall surrounding it was gone and stripped clean with only white drywall in its place. The queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom was traded out for a cheap bunk bed and the queen bed in the primary bedroom had the headboard removed. The flat screen tv’s didn’t work either. I thought I could liven up the rooms by turning the tv on, only to discover they didn’t turn off without pulling the plug… made for a miserable first night when the power wouldn’t shut off and I was looking for a good night’s rest after a ten hour drive that day. I could go on, but you get the idea. This is the perfect example of over-promised and under-delivered. Anyone reading this would be wise to keep looking if they come across this rental property.

    Clean, well-stocked. Can’t beat the location in base village, right next to Village Express lift, and Treehouse for the little ones.
