Stayed Jan 28, 2026The room was clean and had all of the basics for us. We had a few questions and the response was fast and very helpful. We were even able to arrange for an earlier check-in. It was in the perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival. Just off of Main Street and close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025Great location in historic downtown, close to dining and shopping. The apartment was small, which we knew it would be, with not much room for suitcases, etc. The drawers in the kitchen were difficult to open without handles as they were too close together. The drawers in the hallway near the bathroom did not slide. There was a lot of dirt/dust behind the bedside tables and couch. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024Propety was as advertised, good value, great location. Could use a deep clean. I wasn’t given the code to the building and the address was unclear as there are two “250 Park Ave’s” so we had some issues arriving late at night but the property manager was very responsive to help.
