Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was not very clean when we arrived and a lot of cosmetic issues that should be addressed. Also the furniture is not comfortable at all. They definitely need to update and clean the unit better. We loved being right on the beach and the actual condo its self was great. The pool was good and clean and the splash pad the kids loved. We loved being right on the beach but will definitely try a different room next time

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Unit was nice overall. But some of the vents had mold around them. The baseboards were very scuffed and had marks on them. The table in the living room was very wii Lu and the unit had a lot of sand ( I know some is to be expected) on the couch and in the open areas of the flooring. I would stay at the resort again but would probably look for a different unit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Only had 3 forks and no dish towels, I called vacasa and they said they would bring us more folks but never did … condo could use a fresh coat of paint ..tv in living room was a nightmare to figure out …l love splash we’ve stayed there about 4 times with good luck but I wouldn’t go back to 402 again for that price!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Not clean upon arrival. Dusty. Extra bedroom tv wasn’t working. Mattress was uncomfortable. It was a nice place but needed to be cleaned better.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the location, the pool and the splash pad. Way overpriced for the cleanliness and space of the rooms. I would rate the cleanliness a 2 out of 5. Owners/management companies Cutting corners when you pay such a price for a place is unacceptable

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The only bad thing I have to say is they elevator wait time was insane. We stayed on the 4th floor and ended up taking the stairs alot. Other then that our stay was amazin!!

Stayed Jul 24, 2022The property was awesome, kids loved the amenities, view, access to beach. Vacasa service was non existent, the desk was always closed, the help desk phone number was not helpful. If we had a big issue, i dont know what we would have done. Thankfully the resort gift shop was helpful. Property great, vacasa garbage
