Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time staying at Beach Club. Last stay 2 years ago and property was in good shape then, and had great experience. Unlikely to return after this trip. We rented 2 units with a number of issues. AC kept turning off in unit 7. Shower head didn't work right. In unit 6, fridge leaked, right side of stove didn't work, towel bar and toilet were loose. There were holes in the wall where holes had been drilled for TV brackets. The unit next to us, 5, partied until 1 AM two nights in a row. Very large group.The redeeming qualities this time was the woman working in the office and really glad there were beach umbrellas and chairs.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location and easy to get to the beach. Short ride or UBER to many dinner and/or town shops. Could hear guests above often but first floor was convenient.

Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful property and Alice in the front office was so pleasant and helpful. My only issue, and it was a minor one in the overall scheme of things, is that the air conditioner was quite noisy which was noticeable during the night. But overall, this is a great place to stay and I plan to return!

Beach Club at AMI was very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Our rooms were great, everything we needed and the staff were super friendly and made arrangements to help return some items we left behind. We will defiantly here again.

Stayed Mar 30, 2022All was perfect except for the Murphy bed. Terrible mattress and pillows in room 7. May be just me and the wife but sleep was a little painful. Especially when getting up. I still would recommend this facility

Stayed Dec 29, 2021Property manager was very helpful. Allowed early and late check out with no stress or hazzel. Roof top is Awesome to have a direct view of beach.
