The condo was very nice with beautiful views. The location was an easy drive from airport, to Red Rock and Valley of Fire. We loved being able to come back to the condo, relax and then walk to dinner (hot tub was great too). Nice restaurants and grocery store all in walking distance. Joyce was great and responded to emails quickly ... the little box of chocolates on Valentines Day was nice!!! Great place to stay!

Awesome place to stay. The host made check in seamless, and communicated quickly when we reached out with a question before the stay. The view was great. It was a very relaxing place to stay. There were no surprises, everything lived up to the listing. Parking was no problem,and the location was convenient to many places. We will be planning to stay again in the future.

We've stayed at Joyce's condo 6 times. The best host-place is clean, well appointed. Communication is always a pet peeve with some rentals but Joyce gets back to you promptly with any questions you might have.

Fab view and wonderful location. Village offers all needed for daily life and more. Easy check in and access to the owners for needed help. Jacket/coat hooks would be helpful. Removing corner trees would offer more space.Quiet due to excellent house rules. We would definitely return for another few weeks.J&K Denver Colorado

Lovely 3 day visit. Accommodations clean and great view, had everything we needed. Close to hiking. This was mid November and the heated pool was great after our hiking.

This is our 5th stay at this wonderful condo. Everything is immaculate and our host could not be better!

The property is nice and the check in process went smoothly. The unit is nice and comfortable. One major challenge is there is no storage to put clothes away. There is a lovely armoire in the bedroom that is locked. There are two nightstands and a closet but that is not adequate clothes storage. This might not be bad if it is a short stay but we were there for 8 days so it was not convenient living out of suitcases for that long. We probably won’t stay again unless the host made storage available.

We enjoyed everything! So easy to get in and out and Henderson is a fantastic way to be in Vegas without “Vegas.” Thank you for sharing your home!

Great property. Great location. Wonderful Condo.Had a fantastic holiday.One suggestion, matress topper would be fantastic. While it is a perfectly fine king-size matress, new one that it is, it is quite firm. Extra firm actually. Please be aware that the bed pillows are down stuffed and while there are substitutes, those substitutes are a bit aged and worn.

I certainly enjoyed my stay at this condo. What was nice about the place was It was complete. It was nice to have the room of a condo and it was nice to have a refrigerator oven, freezer. All the amenities of Home were there plus the view. It was an enjoyable stay and I will return

Excellent condo with fabulous view

The location was stunning and impeccably clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen met all our needs perfectly. The village itself is absolutely enchanting! However, there was a significant drawback. A large, locked armoire in the bedroom left us with no space to store our clothes, aside from the hangers in the closet. Consequently, we had to live out of our suitcases. Moreover, there's a chandelier as heavy as an anchor hanging quite low. I stood up from the table and hit my head on it, resulting in a bump that lingered for nearly ten days! No exaggeration! I would not return to this place. It was our first disappointing experience with VRBO.

We stayed here for four nights while we explored the area for a possible future move. This condo is on the top floor of the building and the views of Lake Las Vegas are spectacular. The warm sunrise off the lake made for a wonderful start to the days. The location was so convenient to access the restaurants and shops in The Village, although there aren’t a lot. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom towels were great quality.

We enjoyed having a respite from the heat and the city. The view from the balcony was lovely anytime of day or night.

Joyce was flexible with us getting in the unit which was very clean. The view is excellent. This is the 2nd time we've stayed in the unit and enjoyed it even more this time. We will be back!!!
