Tranquil Ground Floor Villa in Heart of La Quinta

Beautiful property with great amenities close by. Pools were very close and clean. Everything you needed was in the condo. Only thing to consider for host: Check-in was a little bit confusing - wish they had clearer instructions

While we only used one of the two bedrooms, it was very nice to have access to the second bathroom. We were very pleased with the condo and would use it again. The location was ideal for us and the grounds were great. The condo safe was locked and couldn't be used. Being a gated area we weren't too concerned about any breaking and entering.

I stayed at this villa with my 10 yr old twin grandsons for 3 days, 2 nights. We liked that it was quiet and close to the main pool. I liked that we had reserved parking. The house was perfect for us, the boys had one side of the house and I had the master suite on the other. We liked the following amenities: TV/cable in each room, wifi that worked great, soaking bathtub in each bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, functioning a/c and ceiling fans. I was grateful they had a brand new toothbrush available because the boys forgot theirs Only problem was when we got there the guard at the gate handed us a map and rules but didn't explain where on the map the condo was. We turned onto the street of the address and parked in an open spot. We then spent 10-15 minutes trying to find our villa. The numbers on some of the walls of the villas made you think you were close only to find it wasn't there. A fellow guest tried to help us but also found it confusing. After carefully looking at the map (numbers on map were tiny) I figured it out. It was across the street from where we were looking! I guess it was more frustrating than it normally would have been because it was about 108 degrees out. Overall, we had a great stay. Oh, and my bed in master bedroom was the best I've ever slept on!

This property was so clean when we arrived. I appreciated that the kitchen and pantry were stocked. There was a partially covered parking space. The location was great as the main pool was a 4 minute walk. It was quiet and the single story made it great for small kids.

Nice property and great location. Unit is a very good rental: comfortable and well maintained. The location is perfect for southern end of Coachella Valley and immediately adjacent to La Quinta Resort. Management company is very professional and maintains excellent communication. Highly recommended.

This was our second time staying within the Legacy Villas Community on our annual golf trip with friends. The property and villa rented were wonderful. Close to many beautiful golf courses, there is a wonderful clubhouse facility/pool area, gym and the weather while hot, was still enjoyable. We had the comforts of home, without being at home and will definitely be back!

It was a lovely villa in great location, near fountains, and quiet.

The property was beautiful with easy access to several pools. The view of the mountains was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the convenient restaurant with tasty food. We also loved the area and the many restaurants and stores that were nearby. The villa was comfortable, but some kitchen utensils and dishes were not clean. Although the reservation was for 6 people, there were only enough pool towels for 5. The sofa bed was comfortable, but there were no linens to make it up. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and we will be back to stay again.

Beautiful resort. Very peaceful and quiet. Pool is short walk away. Hot water was excellent and the a/c was excellent. Beds are comfy beautiful bedding. I left a couple of phone messages with the property mg company but not reply. Best to communicate by email or vrbo ap. Would stay again.

Overall property was very nice! Kitchen was well stocked and the location from the pool was very convenient. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the quietness and beauty of this space. Very relaxing. Loved the pools and spas. One complaint is the king in the main bedroom is broken down and uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great.

We have stayed at Legacy Villas many times and have never been disappointed! The grounds are beautiful and immaculate! All of the units are laid out in a thoughtful manner and you can’t go wrong with where they are located within the resort! Plenty of pools and hot tubs from which to choose! Lovely place to walk among all of the beautiful fountains! Enjoyed this unit very much!

Enjoyed walking the development. Beautiful location up next to mountians. We liked the 4.2 earthquake. Loved it .
