Stayed Jul 29, 2021This condo was just as advertised, and was a comfortable, well-appointed place to come home to after exploring the island every day. The pool(s) and beach are close (5 min walk) and well maintained, not too crowded. The unit included beach chairs and a cooler which all came in handy. It would have been nice to have a beach umbrella as well, but no luck there. Thank you for a great time, we would definitely return!

Stayed Nov 5, 2018Absolutely loved it. Above and beyond expectations. The ocean view with the full wall of sliding doors was amazing. Beautiful decor, fully stocked, quiet and lovely. Resort was well looked after and the gardens were Amazing. Didn’t feel busy in the slightest and never had a problem getting a deck chair at the pool like at the big hotels. Practically had the pool area to ourselves. Will definitely return.

Stayed Jul 7, 2018We had a lovely time staying at Wailea Eula 105. The pictures don’t do it justice! The Eula property is beautifully maintained with wonderful beach front pool and beach access. And walking distance to several resorts and the shopping mall. The view from 105 is amazing – our favorite thing to do was to sit on the deck watching the view – including amazing sunsets. The unit itself is very well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property. And the daily cleaning service was a treat. We will definitely return to #105!

Stayed Jul 26, 2017We had a wonderful stay at the Wailea Elua. The grounds are beautifully maintained with local foliage and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Alii Resort came to service our Condo daily which was very nice since we made it to the pool and beach almost everyday. The pool is so convenient steps from the beach and the snorkeling is the best right outside our door. Our unit had chairs and a cooler provided so we could pack drinks and snacks for a day at the beach. The pool also has a full kitchen and tables for sunset dining. Taking a walk up the beach to the Mana Kai to rent boogie boards and snorkel gear is the best deal. The daily rentals near the other resorts cost the same as a week from Mana Kai. My only complaint would be the concierge service that was offered did not know that you needed to book as early as possible to get a table at Mama's Fish House. They told me to call back about 2 weeks before our trip which was incorrect as we found out they take reservations months in advance, so we couldn't get the dinner reservation to celebrate my in-laws 56th Anniversary. We did make it for lunch which was still nice, but it would have been more special as the sun was setting.

Stayed Jan 27, 2017Unit 105 is at the top of the property and that means lots of stairs to get to and from the beach, but no stairs from the parking lot so it's great for people with mobility issues. The unit has been nicely updates and the lanai is awesome. The Ali people were very nice.

Stayed Jan 2, 2017This unit has fantastic ocean views. The unit is tired, furniture and paint need to be redone. The compromise for the fantastic view is the noise from the Andaz hotel next door and Alanui Dr. I doubt the owners of this unit have stayed in it in the last 5 years, it is managed professionally by Ali's Resorts but there is no love. We have been coming to Elua since the mid 90's, it is a fantastic property but many of the units are showing their age.
