The condo is very cozy and spacious at the same time. The location is good and the parking is as specified. The BR layout is perfect. It allowed all of our younger people to have their own bunk room. The long couch was great.

Wonderful location, loved the pool with our grandkids, plenty of room for the five of us, quiet, everything worked well. The interior doors need to be adjusted, swing open/closed at most locations. Really enjoyed our visit.
This unit offered everything it advertised. Loved the wrap around balcony. Unit offered good family entertainment seating and cooking option. Loved the number of bathrooms for the family and the separation options for the family members. The area along the balcony offered a flowing water that was very relaxing and the view was beautiful. It was also close enough to our venue for walking. Loved the trails in close proximity to the place.
We stayed here with our 4 kids. The property is great for its location close to the town of Winter Park. The kids also enjoyed sledding at the small hill close to the condo. Thanks for everything!
Experience with the property managers was great- we had one of the fire alarms chirping and they fixed the situation right away.
This condo provided everything we needed to completely unwind. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals, including a crock pot and some spices. It was clean and comfortable with plenty space for our group. We loved soaking in the hot tub and having morning coffee and evening wine on the deck. So quiet and private. Listening to the river was so relaxing. We will definitely be back.
Saturday my lack of Streaming vs Cable got the best of me. I called the office and 5 minutes later problem solved. Thank you! Love you guys.
Beautiful condo with all of the amenities you will need. Gorgeous view from back patio. Ample living room seating. Great location & free sledding park across the street was a daily favorite of the kids. One maintenance issue which WPLC promptly responded to and were at our door within 15 minutes. Would definitely stay with this company again!
Great spot. Just off Lyft bus stop. Second stay in WP. No rental car this trip, would recommend next time. Condo set up great, kitchen utensils, cookware completely adequate. Spacious LV, comfy furniture. King in each BR are comfy, 4 bunks in 3rd, perfect for 2 families with 2 kids each. Would stay again
