You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
- One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
- Bar of soap per bathroom
- One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
- One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
- Make-up removers per bathroom
- Single sized dish liquid
- Single sized dish washing detergent pack
- Single use laundry washing detergent
- Two large trash bags
- Small trash bag for each bathroom
- Roll of Paper towels
❌ Beach towels are not provided.
Trash Chutes are located by the stairwell
NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
TWO (2) parking passes is included in the Cleaning Fee and will be set up in condo upon arrival.
- If you need an extra pass ($30.00/pass), please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, or you can purchase one from Sugar Sands down the road from the condo.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis and you may park in any available space.
- The cost of parking passes is set by Tradewinds Management and is subject to change at any time without notice.

Beach Activities:
Since Tradewinds Condos is located directly on the beach, you can spend your days swimming in the gorgeous Gulf, soaking up the sun on the sugar-white sand, or trying your hand at watersports like parasailing, jet skiing, or paddle boarding.

The Wharf:
The Wharf in Orange Beach is a popular entertainment complex with shops, restaurants, bars, and a marina.
There is often live music at The Wharf, and there are also a number of events held here throughout the year, such as festivals and art shows

Fishing:
Orange Beach is a great place to go fishing, both inshore and offshore.
There are many charter fishing companies that offer trips for a variety of fish, including redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and mahi-mahi.

Dolphin Watching Tours:
Take a boat tour to see the amazing bottlenose dolphins that inhabit the waters off the Alabama coast.

Adventure Island:
For a dose of family indoor and outdoor fun, head to Adventure Island. One of the largest redemption arcades in the region
This amusement center offers go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, mini-golf, an arcade, and even a kiddie land for the little ones.

Visit Waterville USA.
This 18-acre water park is just a short drive from Tradewinds and offers a variety of water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, and a go-kart track.

Biking is a great way to explore the local area. There are several bike paths in Orange Beach, and you can also rent bikes from a local shop.

Uber and Lyft ride-sharing app/services are also available in Gulf Shores. This can be a great option if you need to get somewhere quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of parking.
Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.
