Stayed Jun 20, 2025Overall Edgewater is a great place to stay. We were there two years ago and it was perfect. Our unit this year definitely needed updating. Bathroom had a smell (mildew, sour) that we could not get rid of. Bought bathroom cleaner but wasn’t able to resolve issue. The dryer was problematic.. it worked but kept getting stuck and stopping. The mattresses in both guest rooms were very uncomfortable. Two days into the trip the elevators in tower three were down so everyone had to use the stairs. Felt bad for those folks checking in and having to carry all their bags up the stairs. Overall Edgewater is nice and a great location. Pools were beautiful and golf course was in pretty good shape. Will definitely go back but won’t be staying in the same unit.

Stayed May 10, 2025We visit here every year and this was our first time renting a condo thru vrbo and I was a little nervous but everything was great. The host was great very easy to communicate with had 1 problem that was not their fault but Erica worked quickly to resolve it even let us check in a little early. Room was just as described and had a beautiful view. Can’t wait to visit again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Our stay was the end of summer get away before school starts back. My grandchildren loved every bit of it. Love the beach toys chairs etc. that was there for us to use. Stayed May 20, 2023The condo we stayed in was great. The only thing we noticed is the living room outlets where lamps are didn’t work and the top lock was hard to unlock. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again!
