This place was prefect. A 30 second walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. Great place for a family.

The condo was in a wonderful location— a short walk to the beach and the end of the island. Amy was very responsive anytime we messaged. Even though it rained all weekend, we still had a lovely time. Highly recommend!

The location is fantastic. It's the most beautiful beach, and you're on it. The complex is safe with lots of amenities -- two pools, outdoor grills, beach access, basketball and tennis courts. You're also close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Amy responded quickly to any questions and check in was a breeze. I stayed for 13 nights. A friend joined me for two nights and my husband for the last five. A couple of things that surprised me -- no beach towels. So, bring your own. Also, no first aid kit or band aids. I got a small cut from one of the bar stools and was surprised not to find a band aid anywhere other than my car. However, Amy does provide beach chairs and boogy boards. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone wanting to enjoy the best beach on the Crystal Coast.

The perfect little condo for our family of 5. Quiet, almost private beach close the point. Lots of deer and wildlife were an added aesthetic!

The host was awesome in communicating with me. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The deck view of the ocean was very nice too. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again. Location in Emerald Isle is fantastic.

We came out to have a farewell dinner with my Marine stationed in Cherry Point. The area was beautiful, the beach was easily accessible, and the unit was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.

We enjoyed the location, the cleanliness, the closeness to the ocean, and well stocked the unit was. This was perfect for a couple, but would also work for a small family.

We had a lovely stay. The beach is wide as near the point with well maintained grounds. Pool and pickleball on site was a bonus. Location super convenient to shopping and dining. The host was very accommodating when we had travel issues. Will definitely book here again.

The location and neighborhood was perfect! Close enough for a short drive (could also bike) to the grocery store, restaurants and activities, yet set away from tourist attractions and crowds. Extremely family friendly area including the condo which had space for mom and dad, 12 year old and 4 year old (playtime and asleep time). The condo had everything we needed all week long. Getting onto the beach was super easy and the beach was huge! Never felt crowded. Amy was amazing throughout our stay with quick responses to all our inquiries and updates regarding Hurricane Debby. This was a wonderful family vacation at a location we look forward to going back to again!

I have rented many beach rentals and I am HIGHLY disappointed with my stay at this one. First let’s start with common courtesy I inquired at 330 if we could go ahead and check in then she said the room was done early today but didn’t offer us if we wanted to go in early. If I didn’t inquire then I wouldn’t have known. Check in is at 4 yes, but it’s about being a good host and showing kindness when you can. The room was dirty. The previous guests decided to let their children eat everywhere in this condo apparently. I had to wash the bedding to the children’s beds because it had stains all over it. Fun way to start my vacation - cleaning. But let me remind you the room was done early…the owner knew she had “bad” guests yet the room wasn’t cleaned properly for her next guests that had to bare the burden of the bad ones. And she told me she doesn’t change the quilts that go on top of the beds every guests…gross. Food splattered on the walls, dishes are all so gross, bathroom was bare minimum cleaning as pee from other guests is down on the bottom on the toilet. Kitchen floor was sticky and never cleaned. I vacuumed this condo and it filled half the vacuum up so who knows if it was even vacuumed. now let’s talk DANGER…the dead bolt to the front door is missing so my little one was able to open the door and make a run for it several times. I’m always close by to her so I was watching my child but if you have children you understand how fast they move. NONE of the doors lock!
