We loved the ocean views and how quiet this condo was

The furnishings were so pretty and everything went flowed smoothly from check in to checking out.

My family had the best time at this condo! It was in a great location (very short walk to the beach) and had a gorgeous beach view from the balcony. We were lucky to have great weather and crystal clear water while we were there. We also got to watch a fantastic fireworks show from the beach. We would definitely recommend this condo and we would book it again.

The gulf view is lovely, overlooking the resort property. All of the furnishings are comfortable and sturdy, decorated well and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook full meals with newer appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit worked well. Condo feels spacious and clean. The only wish would be a king sized bed in the master; there is plenty of space for one. Beach chairs and umbrella were put to good use! Towels were clean and in good condition. Extra throw blankets were cozy and clean. Gibson management made the check in and check out a breeze; no problems. Resort is tucked away from traffic, so it feels secluded from the crowds. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Sidewalk runs the whole property, so take advantage for walks. Each building has their own pool and there is a community pool near the beach with an outdoor bar and small grill. Two large 4-burner gas grills overlooking The Summit building pool and are surrounded by marble countertops; worked well and were clean with resin benches to sit near by. Half basketball court and mini golf access to all guests. Pickleball and tennis courts only available to guests staying in the Tides building. Did not have access to the fitness center. Easy access to the beach with a short boardwalk. Chair and umbrella service available. Private beach did not feel overly crowded. White sugar sand and water was clear during our visit. Many grocery stores are close by and the restaurant choices are unlimited. We enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this unit or resort again!

Only notable drawbacks were the lack of a welcome handbook (we were first timers to the area) and no cabinet space for groceries. The condo, furnishings and location were great.
