Tops'l Summit 812 ~ Gulf views and quick walk to the beach

I loved staying here! I would definitely use this location again! Easy access to beaches and waking distance to many things. The inside was very clean and nice. There was everything there needed to feel like home! The host was also very quick and responsive!

This condo was better than we imagined! It accommodated my family of 6 perfectly I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! The views are stunning, everything was super clean and stocked. It is so spacious and super close to beach! The pools were our favorite hangout spots! The check in/out process was so smooth and the communication was outstanding. The owners were so kind to reschedule us after we were worried about hurricane beryl. It was our first time in Miramar and we are definitely booking this property again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gibson was very easy to work with from start to finish. I emailed them a couple of days in advance and requested an early check-in. There was a reservation prior to ours so it was unlikely, although they would try. We arrived in town very early that morning and check-in wasn't until 4pm. I received a text around 2pm notifying us that we could check-in early, which was great news considering we were entertaining a 3 year old and two teenagers in the meantime. I texted Gibson a couple of times during our stay with different requests and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Very easy to work with!

Centrally located to wharf and not far drive to downtown Destin for evening out. Only complaint would wish more amenities were available to those residing in Summit vs those available to Tides / Beach Manor. But, definately would book another stay here while in Destin!

We enjoyed this condo and its great views of the ocean. It is decorated very nicely and the beds and couches were very comfortable. However, there were some flaws. The refrigerator needs some attention with 2 broken shelves and it slams into the closet door when opened. The toilet in the queen room had to be plunged constantly, and the light switches are faulty and need to be replaced in the master bedroom and the den.

A few things worth mentioning: this rental didn’t have chairs to take down to the beach although the umbrella was there. Tub in the master bath doesn’t drain well at all. Fan in master bedroom needs repaired as it squeaked all night no matter the setting. Fridge door doesn’t have a stopper on it so nothing keeps it from slamming back against the laundry doors. Other than that, clean property. Would recommend keeping a few more trash bags on site for guests to dispose of trash.

This was a clean and spacious condo with a great view of the gulf and short walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and communication was great. Lots of great restaurants around the area as well. Resort was perfect! Would stay here again in the future!

The unit was spacious enough for our family if 3. The only issue we had was the bathtub not draining properly. I would definitely stay again though. I had 2 questions and called before checking in. I received prompt responses from people who knew the area and the resort. This is important to me as I had called a couple of t other management companies before booking and one never answered and the other didn’t know the answer to my question and didn’t return my call as they had promised.
