Stayed Jul 14, 2025The condo was clean but there was not enough dishes to even cook a full meal with. I had to cook one thing at a time and transfer to another dish to cook something else. Glad I had brought disposal pans to put cooked food in. We did not have enough rags for everyone to bath with. When it rained water came into the condo from under the door and we had to use our beach towels to soak up the water. There was no mop. Parking was terrible. You pay 85 for parking pass with very limited parking. You just keep driving until you find a spot. Parking garage was terrible. You are parked so close to the vehicle beside you that you have to barely squeeze out or climb out the back. Waited for ever for luggage rack so we ended up making several trips back and fourth to unload and load car. Long waits for the elevators. They have a bar by the pool but no drinks within 4ft of the pool/hot tub. Kids could not play catch in the pool. The beach got shout down at 10pm due to an incident that happened. We did not get to go crabbing or night fishing. I understand safty but why couldnt they just had someone patrol the area.I guess i could have contacted management about some of these things but who wants to wait while your on vacation time to get them resolved.
