This studio-style condo offers twoto four guests a full coastal experience in a single living space. The space even has a small kitchen with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster—a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites! Sleep soundly in one of the two queen beds. A full bathroom is provided, as is a walk-in closet for ample storage space. And there's plenty of seating to choose from, between the dining table, the beds, and the living room furnishings. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER.



The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.  Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.



Upon arrival, all guests must register at the HOA office to receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The cost of it is $30, and they accept credit card and cash(no debit card)



NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL TIMES while on the property for safety
