You can’t get closer to the action in Park City than this newly remodeled two-bedroom condo that’s part of the Treasure Mountain Inn, where the mountains meet Main Street. Ideally located in the heart of Historic Park City, this property is surrounded by all of Park City’s best activities, just a short slide, stroll, or stumble from the ski slopes, restaurants, shopping, galleries, après-ski, and night clubs.

The condo offers a private patio overlooking a quiet green yard with tall pine trees and mountains in the distance. A modern kitchen with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances has plenty of counter space for cooking, a breakfast bar and a table for dining or playing board games. Complete with new Samsung mini split heating and cooling units in each room, you'll be comfy no matter the temperature outside.

A large master bedroom with a king size bed has a full closet, plenty of drawer space and private master bathroom. Two queen beds and large closet await in the guest bedroom with a separate guest bathroom. The condo also has a new board games including Monopoly, Risk, Clue, Scrabble, Yahtzee and a full poker set.

Every room has a TV with Amazon Fire Stick for Smart TV access for viewing your favorite streaming channels like Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. Wifi is complimentary with excellent connectivity and speed. The main living room TV has an Xbox One for the kids to have fun after a day of adventure.

No matter what season you’ve come to Park City, you won’t find a more perfect launching pad for your adventures. Onsite Treasure Mountain Inn amenities include a staffed front desk (for general questions condo owners, George and Victoria, will assist with any condo-specific issues) and free parking either on Main Street or the back entrance on Park Ave. There is a wonderful oversized common hot tub and heated deck seating area, firepit, on-site full nail salon, Alpen & Hyde massage services, and Mexican restaurant called Tekila with a deck that opens onto Main Street.

When it's time to hit the slopes, the walk to Town Lift to access Park City and Canyons is about 0.5 miles. Walk in your street shoes and leave them at the ski and board valet right next to the lift, free of charge. Or arrange to have your skis stored at the shop – no charge if you rent them from the store. There’s ski storage in a room adjacent to the TMI lobby so you won’t need to carry your skis to the condo. The Old Town Transit Center, a hub for Park City’s shuttles, is 0.3 miles away. A free trolley traverses Main Street in a loop so you’ll be able to jump on and off all day long until 11 pm, showing up in front of TMI about every nine to ten minutes.

- Parking notes: There is dedicated parking on 220 Park Ave.
- You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Guest access:
Guests will be able to access every area of the condo and the porch that opens to a grassy yard. The hot tub and fire pit are common areas shared with Treasure Mountain guests and owners. Shared current and future amenities such as the fire pit and hot tub are not guaranteed as they are out of our control.

IMPORTANT: Support for any issues will NOT be handled by the Treasure Mountain Inn.

    We really enjoyed our stay in Park City. While the exterior of the building is a bit older and may not make the strongest first impression, the inside of the rental was a pleasant surprise — it was very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated.The owners were truly exceptional. They were extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful with any questions or issues we had during our stay. The heating/HVAC system took a little getting used to at first, but once we spoke with the owners and understood how it worked, it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of the trip.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and the level of care from the owners really made a difference. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-managed rental in Park City.

    This unit was a perfect place for us these past few days. Located right in the heart of downtown so we were able to walk everywhere. We loved the extra little touches the owners provided as well. Very clean, well stocked, spacious and super easy procedures. We will definitely be back

    Had to visit Park City on short notice for a business trip and due to Sundance had a hard time finding an affordable decent accommodation. We found this place on VRBO and it was better than most 5 star hotels -- very great hosts that recommended restaurants and made check-in and out very easy. Great kitchen and space with comfortable beds and nice amenities. Thank you!

    Loved this condo for our annual girls trip. Clean and well kept unit. A few stairs involved would be the only slight drawback but manageable. Jen took good care of us and checked in during our stay.

    Cozy, convenient location allowing family to walk to all activities, shopping, restaurants, etc directly onto Park Ave and/or Main Street Wonderful access to all driven destinations as well. Ghost Host and Jen did a great job and provided nearly instant responses to questions. All in all, just a memory making trip for my wife and I and the kids had a blast. Nobody wanted to leave. Only 1 suggestion…maybe change description of amenities to state access to washer/dryer as the units were not inside the condo, but rather down the hallway in public access and limited wash cycles available due to green conservation settings. An umbrella or 2 available in the unit would also cone in handy as we experienced a nice summer shower :)
