Inlet Point 22E - Overlooks the Marsh & Saltwater Creek! This unit is located on the top floor of Building #22. There is an elevator for your convenience, covered parking for 2 cars, and easy access to the pools, the beach and the creek dock. Enjoy top floor views of the creek and marsh from the Carolina room and adjacent screened porch. The living area is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped for making your favorite meals for family and friends. The master suite also opens to the screened porch, and the master bath offers double sinks, a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have private bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. This condo is located in Building 22 with an elevator, and it is convenient to the pool, beach and creek dock.

Parking: This unit has reserved, covered parking for 2 cars underneath the building. Additional parking is available.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
