Condo has water views on all sides of top floor unit. Sit on front balcony and overlook gulf and on back balcony and look out at balcony. Water views from all rooms. Complex has 2 pools and access to both gulf and bay. Bring your boat! Place for boat and trailer. There is a $50 per day fee for the boat with a $300 weekly fee this covers both the boat and the trailer. There is also a $50 per vehicle charge for a parking pass this covers your whole time of your stay. They like for us

Stayed Aug 29, 2025We had a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for our Labor Day fishing trip. The private boat launch and slips were extremely convenient. The grounds were clean and pretty. The view from the front and the back of the condo were beautiful, ocean and bay views. The beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely use this condo again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Such a great, convenient location! And, if you love being entertained by boat traffic, this is the condo for you. Owner is very responsive. If you bring your boat, be sure to notify owner at least a week ahead of time to get trailer parking and launch access.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024Property was just okay. Could use some minor repairs and updating. Glass door and kitchen window fogged. Had to have keys as the door combo lock wasn't working. There was nothing that would keep me from staying there again.
