Top Floor Unit ~ Endless Ocean Views

The unit was well appointed and as described. Although we only used one of the bedrooms, having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The view was great for watching whales, and the unit was within walking distance to several restaurants.

Great communication, condo just as described… view was even better than expected. Location is perfect for all the Maui must do’s during our stay.

We had a pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the great location in Kihei, which made exploring Maui easy and convenient. The condo was clean, check-in was simple, and the owner was courteous and responsive throughout our stay. We also appreciated the starter supplies, including coffee, basic toiletries, and enough trash bags to get us through our visit — a thoughtful and helpful touch.While the location is very convenient, guests should note that there is notable noise coming from the public beach and the road. We found it to be less disturbing when we were inside with the windows shut.There are a few areas where the condo could benefit from some updates. The towels and linens could be refreshed. While everything we needed was available, guests who are particular about linens or pillows may want to bring their own. We also found the beds to be on the very soft, which may come down to personal preference.We did notice one insect on our first day, which we understand can occasionally happen in a tropical environment. We did not see any others during the remainder of our stay and don’t feel it reflects the overall cleanliness of the condo.With some minor updates, this condo could be an even better option, especially given its strong location, cleanliness, and attentive ownership.

The top floor condo was wonderful! The view is incredible. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai. Everything you could need is at this condo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The sunsets were beautiful from the lanai. The Royal Mauian is a quiet and relaxing complex.

This unit was absolutely amazing! The views were simply breathtaking right on the ocean with a perfect view of the beach. It is also very close to a number of restaurants, including The Cinnamon Role Place! The condo was incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need: beach chairs, boogie boards, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans you’d need to cook a full meal. We especially enjoyed the rooftop BBQ area the propane grill made everything super easy and convenient. The King-size bed in the primary bedroom was so comfortable, and the twin beds in the guest room were perfect as well. Claudia, the host, was truly the best I've ever interacted with. She responded quickly to our messages, was extremely friendly, and even allowed us an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after our flight. We absolutely fell in love with this place and are already dreaming of the day we can return. Highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful view and great place to stay. This condo provides the beach towels, chairs and even a sand bucket! I also loved that there was plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. (You know how some places give you a starter pack... at this condo it is just included.)The location between two beaches was great. Loved the chairs in the grass area for sitting and reading. Sunsets were incredible. We enjoyed the walking distance to restaurants and ice cream.I will share that this condo association is more for adults or parents with little ones. They have a rule for no games, no balls/sports. In the pool, there are signs posted that says you can't even play marco-polo. They clearly don't want the noise. We were traveling with tweens and teens and it was hard keeping them from playing games on the grass and in the pool. While we were at the pool, a man came hurrying out of a condo to yell at some teenagers (not our kids thankfully) for misbehaving. He pointed out the cameras and told them that he was watching them from inside. So just beware of this.The condo owner is great to work with. Responds to questions well. Also, there were previous comments in the reviews about bedroom air conditioning noise...must have been fixed. It was not a problem for us.

Absolutely loved everything.

We chose this location for its easy access to the sand and water as well as near restaurants and shops. It’s near all that and easy access to the highway to go to other special interest spots on island.

Views were unbelievable great location to get around the island.

This place is in a wonderful location in Kihei, a wonderful beach just out of the building, a load of good food around and also a lot within walking distance. The set up for a family is perfect because the sound does not travel from the front bedroom and the back bedroom (thick walls two bathrooms between and extra doors). I wake up early so having a place where everyone can hear everything is terrible, this was the opposite. The balcony was a great place to hang out. The manager Claudia was kind and offered helpful tips for the island. Highly reccomend. Also, if you wonder like we did if the palm tree in the photos block the view because of how it looks in the photos, it did not, I did not even notice the palm tree when staying there. Mahalo :)

The property was as good as advertised, and the location is unreal as far as views and ocean access. Amazing snorkeling right out front and you are on the beach within 2 min of leaving the unit.Claudia is great and easy to deal with.

This was our second stay at the Royal Mauian but in new unit. The location is what brought us back. I did encounter some issues with this unit. Guest room beds were not made up as twins and at 10:30pm found ourselves trying to find bedding and make up room. Also air conditioning units were very noisy and guest bedroom really couldn’t be left on overnight. Kitchen could also use a few more tools.

Great location to walk the beach and whale watch. Street noise is a problem and the bedroom air conditioners were too loud. However the view was spectacular. Claudia was wonderful to work with. The rooftop was awesome with the tables and chairs and grills.

We can’t say enough positive things about this place! The condo was very comfortable, AC worked great, the entire space was as clean as can be. The views off the lanai are immaculate no matter the time of day. This spot is in the perfect location, plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.Claudia is an amazing host, we were very pleased to get an early check in along with great communication from her if we ever had any questions. Very happy during our visit and can’t wait to be back!

Great stay. Most amazing setting. Close to everything. Had a wonderful experience. Would stay again. Claudia (property manager) was a great communicator. Upon arrival, there was an issue with the A/C. Claudia was right on top of it and had it repaired immediately.

We absolutely LOVED staying here!! Perfect location!! Perfect Beach! Everything was AMAZING. Quick walk to the beach and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Would recommend this over and over again!! Mahalo
