    Condo in an excellent location, but aging amenities. Wi-Fi was broken the first day, and the second day they gave us a different Wi-Fi to connect to. Sink in the master bathroom was broken the first day, this was fixed the next day, but we were told to be very careful with it. Hot tub was broken on the second day. We did get a small discount for the final problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located in the heart of Lionshead, this unit has two BR upstairs and one on the main level. The unit is clean and updated and there are games, puzzles and books available. Great for families. The front desk is extremely helpful and quick to respond to requests. There is no washer or dryer in the unit but there is a laundry facility in the building.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we had a wonderful stay in Westwind 407! Great living room set up and very comfortable bedrooms. Special note to the staff who were amazing-going above and beyond to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I do want to send a note encouraging some renovations though...this condo complex is in a spectacular location and some of the units are lovely!! However, there was a mix up w/ our original booking and we were not placed in the unit we booked online. Instead we were in a larger but VERY run down unit. I would happily sacrifice space for a renovated unit. The front desk worked with me to change to a more updated unit and we were very happy. However, the original unit (308) needs some easy and not terribly expensive renovations desperately!! They’ve changed out the carpet to LVP which is great but REALLY need to change out the living room furniture and get rid of some of the heavy bedroom pieces. I write all of this hoping it is helpful because again, we ended up being VERY pleased w/ our stay at Westwind and will certainly recommend to friends...just being mindful of which unit we book in the future.

    Was here with 3 other friends for a 4 day ski trip. Unit was super convenient- easy walk to Lionshead Gondola with ski storage on site, and a discount at Vail Ski Tech (strong recommend for your equipment). Unit was clean. Kitchen was great - lots of stuff to cook and eat in if thats your speed. Bathrooms good use updating, but showers were hot and had good water pressure which is all I really care about. Would definitely stay again!
