Newly remodeled top floor condo with direct facing ocean views. Morning coffee and sunrises are a must, from this east facing screened balcony. This 8th floor unit has been remodeled with updated floor plan, in 2022. The master suite has king bed, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower, windows and balcony access overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a large closet, matching dresser with quick access to the second bathroom and linen closet.
Living room has Lazy Boy leather electric reclining couch and recliner has remote with 65-inch smart tv with cable.
Kitchen has everything you need for your cooking needs, even with HexClad cookware.
New washer dryer in 2026 for you use in condo.

We also have a locker in the garage with 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, sun umbrella, tennis rackets and tennis balls to use during your stay.

The condo offers use of a heated pool, men’s and women's private sauna with shower and a club house next to the pool with fridge, chairs and tables to have lunch or take a break from the sun. Private ocean access from the pool area offers a VIP experience to the ocean and beach activities. An additional shower is located at beach access for washing off sand on your return from the beach. Gas grill available for use by the club house. One assigned parking space is located under condo for renters. Redone (2024) tennis courts with pickleball court and shuffleboard.

1 hr. to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Canaveral National Seashore and Orlando Airport.
40 min to Kennedy Space Center. Several viewing locations are a short drive away to get even closer to the launch.
25 min to Port Canaveral and Victory Casino Cruises
20 min to Cocoa Beach, and Brevard Zoo.
10 min to Patrick Space Force Base.
1.5 hrs. to Daytona Racetrack
Golf courses, restaurants, taverns, grocery stores, drug stores are within minutes of the unit.

    Unit lived up to and then some as described in the listing. Very spacious, clean and well appointed! Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely recommend this destination!

    Rented condo because of heated pool , after check in found out pool heater had been broken for a month and would not be repaired any time during our one month stay. Next, the elevator, of which there is only one for entire buillding , was broken for a day . Next, refrigerator was broken for three days. Next, water had to be shut off for a day to replace a valve. Then there are the codes for the building, a code to get into the building, another code to get into the garage, a code to get back in the garage from the pool and code to use bathrooms at the pool and finally there is a pool guy that hounds you about putting lounge chairs back exactly how you found them and he is relentless about it. If there is a code to gain entrance to the building why do you need codes for doors within the complex . Other owners compensated their guests for the lack of a heated pool, ours did not !

    If I could give 6 stars I would! Communication was absolutely awesome from start to finish. We had quick questions throughout our stay and Neil and Michelle were a text or phone call away and always answered. The view was incredible and exactly as pictured. Down by the pool there was a small lounge that you could use that had a refrigerator and sink- it was a good place to get away from the sun and have some lunch. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could have needed and wanted. We felt very welcomed right from the start. This condo is perfectly located if you desire to be close to the action but not necessarily right on top of it. We took a short ride to Cocoa Beach for ice cream and went to Long Doggers for a bite to eat. Most days were spent soaking up the sun and reading. One of the best moments was the rocket launch- it was a late one but worth staying up for. We watched right from the balcony! Neil recommended an app that provides alerts for upcoming launches. Wonderful people, wonderful space and now wonderful memories! Thank you Neil and Michelle!!!

    If you are looking for a relaxing location this newly remodeled condo on the 8th floor is perfect. The unit looks directly out to the ocean, and you are able to view the beautiful sunrise. If you are interested in the rocket launches these are also viewable from the beach which is just steps from your door. Surf fishing is also a great pastime on the beach. This condo also has a shared swimming pool with the other residents which is always clean and well cared for. The unit itself is beautiful with a fabulous kitchen with everything you need, a breakfast bar and a dining area. The living area is terrific, the bedrooms are large, and the bathrooms are newly renovated and clean. Many restaurants in the area and the area is about halfway between Cocoa Beach and Melbourne, making trips to either place fun. The owners of the condo, Neil and Michelle, are terrific and always respond quicky when contacted. Thanks Neil & Michelle for a great place to stay! We will be back!
