Top-Floor Riverfront – 3BR Condo with Elevator Access & Double Vanities

Really enjoyed the condo. We were lucky to get to enjoy balcony because of the beautiful weather.

We enjoyed the location, just off the parkway, but quiet and beautiful view of the river. We even enjoyed the pool a few evenings and found it clean and well maintained. Appreciated the amount of communication with the rental company before, during and after our stay.

LR furniture looked new, and beds were very comfortable. We were on the 6th floor, and it was super cool inside even in July! Wish they had provided some extra towels, but we didn't ask for that either. I'm sure they would if we had asked. Smoky Mtn. Escapes was great! Great personal service and I received personal calls to let me know our unit was ready and then to ask how things were the next day. They couldn't have been nicer, and we will definitely be using them again the next time we come to this area!

I would definetly come back and stay here again. It was nice staying 1 road off the strip, traffic was much easier to get out.

Overall this condo was nice and clean however we had a few issues definitely not handicap accessible which I had asked before we booked we had someone in a wheelchair and she wasn’t able to get in any bathrooms and only 1 bedroom so that was a struggle if you can imagine. One bed had sand in it so not sure how that happened a vacuum would have been helpful and then there was only 1 towel per person and littlest washer and dryer I’ve ever seen so with 8 people that was a little difficult as well..so just a couple suggestions overall though we had a great vacation!!
