It was great and the prompt was great
We enjoyed the location as it was central to the activities we were interested in at Pigeon Forge(antique shops and Dollywood). The property was the perfect size for 3 adults, and it was very clean with easy access.
The location was great.
Great area close to places
Great views, very room but not the cleanest.
Overall everything was good. Beds, furniture were clean and comfortable. Some scuffs on bathroom walls. A grab handle for the master shower would make it easier to get in and out. The toilets in both bathrooms need to be replaced. I think they are the lowest to the floor i have ever seen. Probably explains the scuffs on the walls, people trying to get off the floor / toilet. If not replacing the toilets then add some grab handles for older folks. Would i stay there again? Yes i think i would. The location is great and other than the toilet height being a issue the rental was nice.
Condo was renovated fairly recently. It was nicely done. However, it is not being well cleaned. Walls were smudged, high touch areas were filthy and baseboards extremely dusty. There were pills under beds. The dryer filter was a fire waiting to happen. And I feel, while a jetted tub advertises well, there wasn’t enough hot water for all of us to shower so I know it couldn’t be filled. And, showering in the jetted tub was a fall hazard. A regular tub and shower would be better. Water pressure is terrible. And the pool was nasty. I realize the condo owner doesn’t have control over that, but it was a big factor in our decision to stay at the property and my kids were disappointed. And, the final thing. I know that it was stated that the wifi wasn’t good, however, there’s zero reason that there isn’t good wifi in the condo. That needs to be fixed asap. We couldn’t even check email.
The outside and surrounding area is not to be desired at all. Once inside, the unit was somewhat clean. Outside porch was not and could not be enjoyed with lack of proper seating and cobwebs/spiders everywhere.
The condo itself is really nice. It has everything you need and is comfortable and quiet.
There were only 5 towels in this unit..had to wash them daily. Outside deck furniture was not usable. Not sure what the problem was with the water..a couple of nights the toilets wouldn't fill and barely a trickle in the sinks.
The place was clean and well taken care of! Cute decorations and fully stocked! It is in an older building with an older elevator and the pool was not what it looked like in the pictures. Other than that it was a very nice place
We really enjoyed the views in the morning and the proximity of the location. Spacious enough to stretch out or relax with friends.
Good communication and accommodations. Interior was clean and spacious. The exterior of the building and surrounding buildings are dated but the location to attractions is nice. Beds are firmer than I prefer but were clean with plenty of linens. Would stay again.
Dollywood!
Beautiful condo. Perfect location.
For the money we paid for this rental we’ve stayed in much nicer condos in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Panama City. The complex is dated but fairly clean but for the price not on the level we expected. Check in was easy enough but upon arrival we found dirty towels in a pile behind the door in the master bathroom and a mildewy shower curtain. I did contact the number given and they did come to replace the shower curtain the next day and brought fresh towels but the dirty towels we found upon arrival were still in the same pile when we checked out. I also noticed slow, clogged drains in the master bathroom tub/sink. I reported this and nothing was ever done. I just hope they address it for the next guest. The plumbing in the whole unit was iffy. You’d hear odd plumbing noises throughout the day when others used their water so I assume that needs to be addressed by the building owner. Also the listing stated it had a coffee maker…either they hid it really well or we never found it. We ended up going out for our coffee. Also the ironing board cover in the master closet was disgusting. I don’t think it’s ever been washed. It needs replacing. Also the furniture in the unit is showing wear and tear. There was stuffing coming out of several pillows. All TV’s were rather small…and no tv in the queen guest room. We could understand small tv in the bedrooms but definitely need a bigger one for game day in the living room at this price point. The unit didn’t make our trip a bad one necessarily but not what you’d expect for this overpriced unit. If things were nicer I would have no problem paying what we paid but at the price point it was we were disappointed. Some good points…it was quiet and we never had to wait on an elevator. Always got a parking spot near our unit. The vacasa support staff was very good. They did attempt to address the issues. Overall I would not recommend this unit…spend your money elsewhere.
The condo was clean, spacious, and centrally located. It was fairly quiet, but the lights from the amusement center down the block were very bright. But since that was in the living room/kitchen area and not the bedrooms it wasn't an issue.
The location was great, the condo inside looked really nice. My only complaint was that the sheets on 2 of the beds didn’t fit correctly & pulled off every nite.
Everything was great
