**Seasonal Lake Level Notice: Each fall, the Army Corps of Engineers lowers the water level of Lake Pend Oreille. Boat docks and marina access are typically unavailable from late September until water levels return, usually by late June.



The Neighborhood:

What`s incredible about this condo is that it`s so quiet and serene with sweeping views of the lake. You`ll love the ability to easily walk into town and enjoy the restaurants and shops. The Pend Oreille Bay trail starts at the end of the resort and winds 2 miles along the lakefront.



Getting Around:

While a car is recommended to get here, you can easily just park it in the garage and walk or bike to anywhere you`d like to go!
