Stayed Jul 29, 2025Really great condo, exceptionally large compared to the typical beachfront high-rise unit. Very comfortable bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space to spread out, and the living space is really comfortable. Fantastic balcony, we spent lots of time out there! Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024Clean, spacious property with easy check in and check out process. The pool is great and close beach access. The Sandestin resort is easy to get around and has plenty to do. Condo has beach chairs for free as well as beach service available for extra. We loved our stay and will be back!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024One of the best views of the Gulf we have had and a very spacious condo. However the floors were dirty as the bottom of our slippers were black. We also had to purchase pillows as the ones at the condo were paper thin. The master bath shower head needs to be replaced, along with the water being shut off 5 times. Overall, for the price, we will look elsewhere.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024The property manager’s required info for check-in was over the top (phone, email, picture ID and DL#). Having had my identity stolen previously, I was concerned but provided these given that they assume all costs if the info was shared (purposely or by accident). Otherwise all was great.
