Great condo in a good central location on the island. Ocean and pool views, with great balcony. Only negative would be that it is pretty dark inside condo even with the lights on. Kitchen was nicely equipped, didn't miss anything. Awesome pool area and restaurant/bar. Would stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay in Waipouli. The unit was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. There are beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler, and snorkeling gear in the unit if needed. I would love to stay in this unit again. Thanks Greg!

A Perfectly Appointed Penthouse with Incredible Hospitality. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom penthouse condo, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners have thought of everything to make guests feel right at home—from the wide variety of pillows (yes, even picky sleepers are covered), to baby cribs, kitchen and bathroom supplies, and even laundry essentials. What really blew us away was the fully stocked spice cabinet—something you rarely see in vacation rentals. Whether you’re baking a cake or grilling up some burgers, every spice and seasoning you could want was there. They even stocked the fridge with condiments for burgers and hot dogs—just one of the many thoughtful touches that made this place stand out. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more, and the coffee pod rack was loaded with a variety of options that catered to every taste. Unlike most places that give you just enough supplies for a day or two, this condo had everything you needed for the entire stay. Another small but incredibly convenient detail: chargers for both iPhone and Android were already plugged in and ready to use in every bedroom and the living room. It’s little things like this that show how much the owners genuinely care.Speaking of the owners—they were fantastic. Super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in condo with another couple. It was clean and well stocked. There was no toaster, but the condo owner had one delivered quickly. The lights in the kitchen flickered often, but it was manageable. Also no elevator in building, but can walk to it via pathways between buildings. Pool was cold, but hottub was nice. Great location and would stay again.

Our family spent 5 days at the condo and it was everything we wanted for a Holiday getaway. The unit was clean and well stocked with all amenities you could want. The pool and gym facilities were great and the beach is just steps away. Greg(the owner ) was communicative from the day of booking and really made us feel welcome-providing an extensive list of island recommendations from dining to excursions.. our entire family would highly recommend this unit and the Wailua beach.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai staying at this condo. The beds were comfortable, the pool was great and located so we could get to all activities. The owners recommendations for restaurants and activities were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Kitchen has everything you could need during your stay. Plenty of beach equipment available as well. Beds were super comfortable. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Views are spectacular. Host Greg is very responsive and helpful.

The cleanliness and maintenance really fell short. The owner was responsive, but I was here to vacation and bring my mom home to rest, so we paid to be in a place that was clean and hassel-free when we arrived. Upon arrival the sliding screen door was previously broken and the birds immediately slipped through. There was black mold in the shower area (which was an easy fix by replacing the plastic trim)…All the flat surfaces were grimey, glass tables tops dirty, and the main set of sliding glass doors were also dirty/foggy. There were reddish stains on the sheets near the pillow and a bug or two in the bed. At this point I just started to accept it, as I had more important business to attend to. Kapaa is near the airport offering easy access to the island. Most of the buildings in town including my family home and business are from prior to WW2. Kapaa is Hawaii of old. We had seen these units 20 years ago and nothing much has changed…but we did assume for the price (similar to our ocean view resort on Oahu) we would be impressed at least with the cleanliness, maintenance and that all arrangements would be turn-key. We pre-paid to have an extra day added to our stay. Unfortunately the code was reset based on our earlier check out which left us locked out for a period, just par for the course at that point too. The outdoor pool facility, however, was on point…

The location was perfect and central to the North and South shores. Lots of stores and restaurants in easy walking distance. The accommodation was spacious for us (3 small families) with the 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms & sleeper sofa. Bedding was comfortable with lots of extra pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and quite large. There’s a great view of the pool and ocean. With the central a/c and doors closed, the unit was nice, pleasantly cool and quiet. The host was very meticulous with directions, which helped us easily navigate this huge complex. Once you’re there, it’s easier to navigate than you think. We would all definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Excellent location with restaurants and grocery store close by. Property is well landscaped and well maintained and is stunning. The pool with two water slides, multiple Jacuzzis; the koi pond, manned hut to check out/in very nice beach towels, the onsite restaurant, the excellent Spa, large parking areas, very nice lobby with several baggage carts to load/unload baggage and groceries, elevators, hallways, are all clean, clean, clean! The Penthouse condo was spotless. Large rooms and bathrooms, two California King beds and a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. Kitchen was very nice with large fridge, several burner stove, large oven and microwave and numerous appliances and cooking utensils. The three balconies (large one off of one of the bedrooms with a second door to it off of the living room and two smaller ones off second bedroom and another off of living room. Penthouse gave spectacular view from fourth floor (all balconies) of beautifully landscaped grounds and massive pool area and ocean. You will love staying at this property. Owner is easy to deal with. Offers lots of information in their brochure, and quickly answers any questions you pose.

Great place for families! Pool is super fun for kids, restaurant in the ocean was excellent, pricey as expected. The unit was clean and fully stocked, including body boards, snorkeling gear, washer dryer, pack n play if needed. Perfect location to explore the island, close to airport, good restaurants, shops. Would love to come back!

Everything was great. Check in was easy. Would definitely come again. The only minor challenge is that the air conditioner never gets cooler than 72 which is hotter than we sleep but we managed and again location and property offset that.
