As you enter, your eyes will be drawn to the newly installed hardwood floors that glisten beneath your feet. Freshly painted walls provide a clean canvas for your mountain adventures, while a brand-new stone fireplace takes center stage, offering both style and warmth on those chilly nights. The full bathroom has undergone a stunning remodel, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit has all the modern amenities you could desire. The kitchen is a true gem, equipped with everything you need, from a microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher to a refrigerator and coffee maker. The wood cabinet kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, dishware, and cooking utensils, allowing you to whip up your favorite home-cooked dishes with ease. Gather around the quaint dining table, which seats four, and savor your creations in the comfort of your own unit.

After a day of exploring the breathtaking mountain landscapes, sink into the large, plush couch or recline in the inviting rocking chair. Whether you're watching a movie on the new flat screen TV or getting lost in a good book, the gentle warmth of the gas fireplace will make you feel right at home.

On sun-kissed days and during the glorious summer months, step out onto your private deck and soak in the mesmerizing mountain views. The deck is accessible from both the living area and bedroom, where you'll find all-wood furnishings and a King pillow-top mattress swathed in quilted bedding. Rest and rejuvenate in this serene space, your own private retreat. With the addition of a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area, this unit comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

As if that weren't enough, guests can revel in seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex. Dive into the indoor/outdoor heated pool, freshen up in the changing rooms, unwind in indoor and outdoor hot tubs, or simply soak up the sun in a relaxing tanning area. (Please note that seasonal availability is subject to Spring/Fall Closures.)

100% recommended! From the first day the communication from the host with check in instructions and additional information was clear and easy to follow. The installations were clean and had absolutely everything you need. They even had a small humidifier which is so convenient. The location couldn’t be more convenient as you are right next to the ski lift, ski rental shops and the downtown is less than a 5 minute walk. But the best part was the view, I absolutely loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo was great for our stay!! It was a bummer that the lobby and hot tub are under renovation (my fault for not reading the entire listing!!), but we managed. The location cannot be beat. We would definitely stay here again when renovations are completed!!

The place was clean and adequately stocked with all your necessities. It’s in a great location too. It does get warm in the condo even with both sliding doors open and a box fan going, which made it tough to sleep. We did feel a little deceived because the entrance is torn apart for renovations and the onsite hot tub was being rebuilt. We would have been okay if this was mentioned before hand, but it wasn’t and it was a surprise.

The place was awesome. Great location!! Great set up. Easy access. The poor rating is because there was very little concern or care that we had to leave the day after we got there for a medical emergency. No offers to help rebook, or even a small percentage of return on payment. Also it goes low because Breckinridge is not the same anymore. Very unpatriotic over the 4th. And prices around town skyrocketed.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well stocked, and close to everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs are directly across the street. The hot tub at Trail End is currently torn out with new one being built. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the location of this unit. We were able to easily walk to everything in town. The unit was as described in the listing. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the unit as we were exploring Breckenridge. If you are looking for the best bang for your buck, this is a great option. Our only negative takeaway were that the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Second time staying at Trails End. Excellent location especially if you want to walk into town and/or looking for a ski in/out from Peak 9. Easy check-in/out, clean units, nice views, adequately stocked kitchen and enjoyed being able to bbq on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

First off: do not book this condo on Vrbo. It is listed by the rental company and if you book on Vrbo like I did then you will get charged a non-refundable $84 booking fee. The communication with the management company was excellent. Emails and text messages are promptly answered. The check in process is a chore. You have to visit the office in downtown Breckenridge before going to the condo. And then on your way out of town do the same thing to turn keys in. On site drop boxes would be helpful. I see no reason why someone getting paid couldn’t come get the keys from a drop box instead of us having one more thing to do on check out day. The unit itself was very clean. The building not so much. The hallways smell, the elevators were never vacuumed on our stay, and there is a dirty air filter on the roof that no one has addressed. If they didn’t address that, what else isn’t being addressed? There are no actual marked parking spots in the lot. So if you are at all late (7pm or beyond) then there is no spots because everyone parks taking up 2 spots. The location is great. A legit 6 minute walk to downtown. All in all I wouldn’t stay here again. But if you decide to all these issues won’t really impact your stay beyond annoyance.

Unit was great. Clean with everything we needed. Lots of short-term rentals in the building but really not a problem. Beautiful mountain view, easy to get to, top floor was a plus. Pool and hot tub are tired but nevertheless a pool a short walk across the street. Easy walk to downtown with lots of restaurants. FYI as of this review there is a long-term construction project down and across the street. The major building is up but other daily construction occurs. They seem to comply with the noise rules during evenings and weekends but expect some noise at times. We were gone most days so not a huge problem. If concerned maybe try the back side of the building.
