My wife and I had an amazing stay at the property. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We will for sure be back.

Room was clean and as advertised. Great location to the beach and the village. Property was clean. Pool was great. Staff was wonderful. I contacted the owners a few times with questions and they alway responded quickly and even called me once. 10/10

The best part of this rental is the enclosed balcony that is comfortably furnished. The balcony furnishings are the best! You only had to cross the road to get to the beach; other buildings you walk across the road and a public parking lot before you get to the walkway to the wide beach. This unit is well equipped and close to the elevator.

The condo and location were fantastic! The screened in lanai was wonderful with a million dollar view. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We did not rent a car for this vacation and we didn’t need one - everything was very convenient and we walked and took the free trolley bus around the island. The weather was outstanding every day. We will definitely stay here again.

Property is at the north end of public parking lot for main beach with easy access to beach right across the street, and this section less crowded than at the main parking lot. Only a 15 minute walk to the village which is really fun. Lots of restaurants and live music every day. The property and unit we stayed in is clean and well maintained. Communication and check-in/check-out super easy. Would definitely stay here again. We had an amazing week.

Great property and fun trip

Location was amazing. Shopping and restaurants within a short distance. The view of beach and sunsets from lanai were stunning. We now understand why Siesta beach has been named one of the best beaches in the world. The white soft sand is indescribable and something you just have to see and experience at least once in your life. We took a short 5 mile tour down to Turtle Beach where they had numerous kayaks you could rent or go with a tour guide. We chose to go on our own and saw so many beautiful sites. Being directly across the street from beach was so peaceful! We are already planning our next stay. One thing we learned by being so close to the beach was, if you’re not home by around 6:00 pm you will likely get caught up in traffic from so many people leaving the beach. The staff at Crescent Royale was very friendly and accommodating.

Worth every penny, beautiful, clean and a perfect place for a romantic vacay!

We wanted a quiet beach get-away, and our stay was nearly perfect. The condo had everything we needed, and we had access to chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon, which was super convenient, esp since we went to the beach every day. We would definitely come back, although maybe earlier since it’s quite hot in July. We recommend you visit Siesta Key Beach to relax, Crescent Beach if you like shelling, and Turtle Beach to see some beach life (we saw dolphins, stingrays, and crabs. Wish we had seen turtles, but there were many roped-off nesting spots.

We stayed a week at this condo. It had everything we needed. The porch was amazing!! We spent a lot of time on it. The view was amazing!!! The beach very close. As close as any condo on the beach. I would highly recommend it and hope to stay again!

We had an incredible time here at Siesta Key. Our trip was truly unforgettable. Everything from the beautiful, breathtaking and relaxing condo. The view is absolutely AMAZING! I’m already looking to come back in the fall. The Property Owner was GREAT to work with. He was very helpful and easy to work with! I highly recommend this property!
