Stayed Apr 9, 2025The place was great for us. It could use some updating. New stove which we didn’t even need. Refrigerator could be updated next. Coffee maker was great. Views can’t be beat!Has a pool but why go there with that beach. Rental stuff is right there and reasonable. 808 store was handy. Would be nice, but more crowded, if the restaurant ever gets done. We’ll definitely be back.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We have stayed in the Mana Kai many times because of the location. The units vary depending on the extent and quality of renovations. Accordingly, they also vary in the rate charged. This unit is quite dated but clean and reasonably equipped. Comfortable beds. The nightly rate is relatively low compared to many of the more recently renovated units so the value is reasonable.The views from every Unit in the building are excellent.The management company - AA Oceanfront Rentals was very responsive and good to deal with.We would stay here again if the price is right.

Stayed Dec 10, 2024Want to wake up to sunrises and snorkel right off your beach? This is the place!! If you like to switch it up and try different beaches, this is still a great place!! You have a dedicated parking space, so there’s always a space for your car when you get back!!The unit has beach chairs and a soft side cooler for your expeditions. There was one boogie board and some beach umbrellas too! One bed is basically in the living room, so if you’re going with another couple…well…just know the set up.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Love this location! It’s as close as you can get to Wailea but still pay Kihei prices. This location is wonderful. You can hear the surf from the bedroom. Best beach and reef! This unit is a little tired, though, it definitely can use some updates, but overall very comfortable. My only concern was for the safety with the closet door in the hallway, it practically falls out, the beach chairs were broken and very worn. The management company was very responsive and followed up on everything
