Top-floor, oceanfront condo w/ gorgeous view, balcony, beach access, & WiFi

After reading reviews, we decided to book. The condo was very spacious for 5 teens and 2 parents. The deck was amazing and we spent mornings and evenings listening and watching the ocean. The bedding was already done for us and we each had a towel set to use. We would definitely book again.

Adorable beach front property with a great deck, big, with plenty of room for everyone to sit around the patio table. Found everything we needed. Great living space area. Comfy furniture.

This is our second time staying at this property. It would have been our third but our required dates were not available last year. This is a nice condo especially if you have small active kids. It does show some age but that is ok for us. If the property were too precious we would be constantly on edge with our very energetic grandkids. Beds are ok. If we were more local, we would bring our own linens. What is provided is fine but service industry quality. It’s what you will get at any of these rentals. It would be great if the rooms (at least the master) had blackout curtains. For those of us coming from the west coast, that sun comes up pretty early. The location of this property is really hard to beat. It is literally right in the beach. The back covered porch is great for lounging in the shade or taking in the summer thunderstorms. 5 stars. We will be back.

You can’t beat this location - the beach view is amazing, the porch is HUGE and cozy, the place in general was bigger than expected. The WiFi was pretty spotty and the T.V in one bedroom wasn’t working but it didn’t bother us a bit. Will be renting this property in the future, great place!

We have now rented this condo three times and it is always an absolute delight!! We love the hominess of the place and the location can't be beat!

The condo was beautiful and you absolutely could not beat the view! This was by far the nicest balcony that we have ever had on any rental down here. The surrounding area was quiet for the most part except for there were a few nights where the beach got pretty rowdy even this far north. All in all it was a fantastic experience, the only thing I want to mention is be sure to bring your own towels and sheets because there were none in the condo for guest use! We will definitely come visit again!PS the neighbor in the condo next door has the two most adorable tiny little puppies I've ever seen! They were the best neighbors we've ever had.

The property manager is Vacasa. They did a lousy job on maintenance issues. It took them weeks to get to easy repairs. WiFi was spotty, slow and undependable. Sheets didn’t fit the beds. It’s too bad because this would otherwise be an excellent place to stay.

Property is a little dated. But everything else makes up for it. It is literally right on the beach. Perfect for the kids (2.5 year old girls and 4.5 year old boy) with super high energy. If we had stayed and a property that was super boutique, we would have been on edge the whole time. This property felt like visiting your parents or grandparents vacation home. Just well lived in. We loved it. Only complaint would be with the linens. Obviously provided by a service and low quality. If you live close by bring your own. If traveling from farther away, it is not a showstopper but just not the quality that we are used to in our daily lives.
