Relax in our remodeled vacation home. We welcome a maximum of 3 adults, or up to 2 adults + 2 small children. Enjoy the updated custom-built kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. We updated and installed a new sliding door with built-in blinds, bedroom window and shade, heating and air conditioning unit in the bedroom, an electric fireplace, living room furniture, bathtub, bathroom and bedroom vanities, queen mattress & box spring, floor tile, and carpeting.

This quiet, top-floor, 1 bedroom condo has a view of Park City Mountain Resort. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a 43 Smart Samsung TV, and plenty of storage. The living room has updated furniture including a queen sleeper sofa (perfect for 1 adult or 2 small children), a comfortable chair, a storage cabinet, and a 50 Smart Samsung TV. (We do not have cable television service.) The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, bedding, shampoo/conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. We also provide coffee for our guests..

On-site amenities include a year-round indoor hot tub, and an outdoor heated pool open April/May thru October. There is also free parking, coin laundry facilities, vending machines, and an elevator. The condo also has free WiFi, air conditioning, fireplace, and bathtub with shower.

Within walking distance of the Carriage House are many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.

Park City has a free bus system with bus stops just outside the Carriage House complex, and buses run from morning until night. Buses serve Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, historic Main Street, and shopping and dining areas within Park City and Kimball Junction.

The Carriage House is just across the street from the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail. This 28 mile rail trail offers recreational opportunities for hikers, bikers, and x-country skiers. It is also just a 1+ mile walk to historic Main Street.

    Condo was clean and well located. Host left bottled water for us which was quite kind. Good communication before and throughout trip. Check out process was easy with very clear and reasonable requests by host. Due to stairs would not necessarily be handicapped accessible

    It had all the necessary things we needed, very clean with extra towels. The only thing is we ran out of was tissue for the bathroom and instead of complaining, we just went out and bought our own. I wish I had known of the downtown part of Park City we found out our last day. Very cute town! The building itself was nice, and the condo fit our needs, everything seemed to be updated with a comfortable bed and fluffy warm bedspread.

    Very clean, comfortable and convenient. The place was well stocked with coffee, spices, etc. Easy drive to downtown Park City (we didn't try the free trolly), and right across the street is a great walking/biking trail that goes for miles. There were several amenities nearby, but frankly we spent a LOT of time in the downtown area. We would gladly stay there again.

    Clean, comfortable, convenient! As many reviewers have stated, this condo is nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. With Park City’s cool nights in the summer, it was very comfortable sleeping w/ the windows open. This particular unit is on the top floor (4th floor). The way the building is oriented, this unit offers privacy, even with the windows & sliding door open. There is a nice view of the mountain in the distance.The owners. Julie & Steve, have remodeled the whole unit. They have put a lot of thought into remodeling the unit, w/ things like an extra vanity & sink in the bedroom, making it easier for people trying to get out the door in the morning. The condo is located in the convenient Prospector area of Park City. There are restaurants within easy walking distance of the condo. The Rail Trail is close to the condo. Locals & tourists alike use the free bus to travel to & from Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, & shopping & dining in Park City & Kimball Junction. You can bring your skis & bicycles on the bus. The bus is very convenient. There is a bus stop right next to the condo. The parking is free. You just have to register your vehicle. This condo is in an older building. If you are looking for a building w/ a fancy lobby & staff in the lobby, this isn’t it. There is a key code to get into the building, & a different key code for the unit.The communication from the owners was excellent! Welcome guide was very clear & comprehensive!

    Julie was great, super accommodating, and for real, one of the cleanest VRBO's we've stayed at! They have one of the best units in the building. It's older so you can still hear people, but being on the top floor is a definite plus. Private view and patio. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Julie!

    Although we loved the cleanliness and overall look of this condo we were a little disappointed with the comfort. The bed was not comfortable but that is just a personal preference according to my back. The A/C is just a small room unit that did not work. tgsu this had been in the winter

    We stayed 5 nights and were able to walk to everything, including bike rental shops,.dining, groceries, etc. Newly renovated condo, lovely amenities but building is older.

    Comfortable and clean. Easy check-in and checkout. Great for my daughter and I to rest or to drive to shopping in between soccer games. Host was quick to call back when I had a question. Would stay again.
