Our stay was nice and comfortable, it wasn’t super clean tho… tried to contact someone about it but no answer. Perfect amount of space for the 2 of us and enjoyed coffee on the balcony

Room was cute but not very clean , the sheets were dirty and the tub was dirty and some of the bowls and plates still had food on them.

This apartment had it all! Very clean and welcoming. Was the perfect spot when I needed a last minute stay while traveling.

Great place to stay, when they say right across the street from the village. Walk across the parking lot down a sidewalk, and your their. Perfect for a couple or a friend clean great views of the Valley. Going downtown ? Pick up the bus from the village.. would for sure stay again.

We enjoyed our stay- a short walk to the mountain, and kids loved the heated pool and hot tub.

We chose this property to have a quiet (off season) weekend in Steamboat, watch movies and football in front of a cozy fire. First of all, the buidling is surrounded by a construction site so the view is not as good as advertised and the noise level is very high due to construction vehicles right outside. We were willing to let that go. Then we realized the fireplace didn't work. In addition, both of the TVs weren't working. We finally got someone to come and fix the fireplace over about half of our stay was over. The TVs were never fixed. I had to send many text messages for service, and yet they never fixed the TVs. My partner and I had to go out to watch the game, couldn't enjoy any quiet alone time due to the construction, didn't have a fire more than half the time and had zero entertainment in the unit, requiring us to go out for any entertainment, which was not the intention of our stay. To make matters worse, the management company wouldn't do anything to make the situation right so don't expect any kind of a refund if you find the property not as advertised (as we did). Customer service was terrible. Also, the ladder to the loft is treacherous with the stone fireplace at the bottom extremely close so if you do fall, expect to hit a stone wall. I am very surprised there haven't been any accidents because of the way the stairs/ladder is set up. Overall, we were unable to enjoy our stay, which is a shame since it is a cute, clean unit, Buyer beware!

Very nice loft condo. Clean! Property was as represented. Would choose to stay there again. However as noted in a previous review the livingroom TV does not work.

Cozy cute little condo! Me and my boyfriend loved it. Lots of things in walking distance! Tv downstairs don’t work but we got a Roku and it worked amazingly.

Cute unit with well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture, bed and sofa bed. Can’t beat the location-we were able to walk to the base for a hike, had easy access to restaurants and caught an outdoor movie. Woke up to hot air balloons in full view right off the deck. Great views from the hot tub as well. Unit was clean and well cared for. Would highly recommend.

Place was pretty tiny and tight, but worked for a one night stopover. Vacasa was very immediately responsive when we couldn’t find code for pool. That should be left in unit. And it was extremely warm so we couldn’t sleep up in loft area. Had to use couch foldout in living room which was fine. Curious as to why you can’t use ceiling fan without light? Wasn’t great for sleeping! Lots of fans and a couple coolers were there so that helped, but I’d get an electrician to fix that fan issue!

Great little condo. Perfect for my wife and I for a long weekend stay great view off of the deck easy access to the mountain and the town!!

Perfect cozy condo for me and my husband to use as a base camp while in town for a wedding. Condo was as advertised, couches were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked. At check-in, the key code provided was wrong but Vacasa staff was able to find the right code after a few minutes. The required parking pass was not in the unit. We were told that it wasn’t needed in summer, but every other car had one displayed, so that was a little unsettling. There was no information about pool access so we had to break in every time we wanted to use the hot tub. Otherwise, great stay and we would go back.

We never got to stay in this property. Vacasa contacted us less than 24hrs before our stay to let us know the owner was staying in the property and wouldn’t honor our reservation. Vacasa had to rebook us to a new property.
