Stayed Feb 19, 2022We loved our stay! We have a three year old and 8 month old and this property was perfect for our family! Management was friendly, easy to communicate with and went out of there way to ensure our trip was everything we hoped it would be. Special mention to Kelsy who responded right away to emails and checked in to see if we needed anything. I am sure we will be back for more family vacations in the future!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I really appreciated the beach supplies that were provided. It kept us from having to pack and travel with so much extra. One of the beach chairs was actually broken and they quickly dropped a new one off to us! Easy access to the beach! I also loved how close everything was. One mile from Cocoa Beach pier and lots of shopping and restaurants. We also got to watch two rockets launch right from our beach!! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Stayed May 31, 2025I always enjoy staying at Cape Winds resort, whether it's a fun trip with my girlfriends or a romantic trip with my husband. Nothing beats that direct oceanfront balcony! The folks who work at Happy Palms are always available for any questions and are ALWAYS extremely helpful. Love it here!

Stayed Nov 9, 2024Condo was beachy but not over the top, clean, and had all basic items needed. We were unaware that construction noise starts at 8am and goes all day until approximately 6pm. And, the pool would be closed during those same hours. We may rent this condo again if the construction is completed.

Stayed Jan 9, 2024Gorgeous sunrises and relaxing condo! Great area in Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral. Walking distance to several restaurants and a Publix grocery store nearby. Nice family vibe area.

Stayed Dec 12, 2023The view was amazing and the location was great. Access to the beach was very convenient and we took advantage of every moment we could on the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a great beach vacation. Management team was great at communicating all through the process.
