Top Floor, Direct Oceanfront!! PierView Unit 306 Private Oceanfront Balcony!

We truly enjoyed your condo and the seashore. We saw a bunch of wildlife while sitting and relaxing on the balcony. My husband was visited by a humming bird. we saw a whale Tuesday, and many crabs and birds on the dunes. Hope you have a wonderful summer, and we hope to be back again!.The Condo was super clean and well kept, the host was very available for questions as were the caretakers. the Beach view was AMAZING, the top floor view was unlike ay other, and the access to the beach was just steps away. The Condo has everything we needed for the stay, including a blanket to snuggle with on the couch or balcony when needed. /we will stay here again!!!

Great location with a lovely view of the beach. The owners were very communicative, especially making sure we were aware of the elevator situation (not working). The place was very clean and kitchen was reasonably well stocked, as beach rentals go. We did have to buy dishwasher soap, as the place came with only one pod. (That said, we didn't ask for more) The master bath shower is very large, but with a huge step up and a climb over the side of the jacuzzi. Beach access threw us a bit - it seemed that we were meant to walk over a dune, with signs saying not to walk on the dunes. But these were minor issues. Overall, I would recommend it.

Great location and great property. We contacted the property manager when we realized the coffee maker was broken and they brought a replacement quickly. Easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at Pier View. The condo had everything we needed. I .enjoyed the sun deck right outsife our door. View of ocean with the breeze. I was able to play my music and enjoy the quiet

Great location! Beautiful sunrises! Nice all around!

My mom and I wanted to stay close to Jeannette's Pier and this was the perfect place. It was very quiet, close to the pier and very clean. We enjoyed the balcony views - especially to watch the sunrise. The actual facility is older, but the elevator did work and we didn't mind the building being a bit older since it's so well maintained. The kitchen was stocked nicely, the beds were comfy and all of our basic necessities were met. The TV's were Roku TV's which we loved so we had access to all of our streaming services. The ONLY suggestion I would make is to replace the current rods and curtains - they were a bit outdated and thin, but still were fine. This is a perfect place to stay and we hope to come back soon.

Clean, simple condo. Comfy beds & furniture. TV remotes are easy to use. Working ice maker. Provided linens, toilet paper, paper towels, bar of soap, and dish soap. Easy to get to with an elevator. Also has a cargo lift for your luggage/groceries if you need that. Good communication from rental company. Great location-right on the beach. Can’t beat the views & proximity to the water unless the condo was actually in the water! Excellent!

I have for the last several years taken a February vacation to Nags Head, NC and my preferred place to stay is PierView. I enjoy South Nags Head. Mike and Lisa are great on-site managers.They are friendly, helpful and available if you have any questions or concerns.

This unit was clean, well taken care of and comfortable. Great ocean view as well. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our time here. The fireplace is decorative only, a little disappointing. Great location, great views and we look forward to returning in the future.

Great location next to Jenette's Pier in Nags Head. Pierview is always a top choice for am OBX beach visit!

Beautifully decorated. Had some minor issues with the condo that were immediately rectified, within one hour! Description is accurate. The elevator is temperamental but that was in description as well. Perfect for wildlife watching off balcony on not so great weather days. Dolphins and seabirds!

Great stay at Pierview. Location is close to restaurants and is a central location to explore the Outer Banks. Balcony views are breathtaking.

Great condo, it could have been cleaned better than it was prior to our stay. The building is in need of maintenance, other than that it was a great place to stay!!

Wanted a relaxing getaway for my husband and i. This was just what we needed. The property was right on the beach, the view was amazing. Being in the off season we had a quiet and relaxing trip. We look forward to visiting again.

The condo was perfectly situated to have a spectacular view and convenience to the beach. The balcony was great—-enjoyed it greatly! The decor was updated and had a beachy theme—perfect! Amy Underwood was easy to communicate with; very helpful! Had a good week!

The owners of the property are very sweet and accommodating. They were able to provide us with an early check in and had lots of recommendations for our stay. As far as the property itself - the cleanliness was fair. It’s not horrible but the baseboards were left dirty and don’t look under the bed or any of the furniture…it hasn’t been touched in a long time. The BIGGEST complaint is that THE ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK. I brought my 80 year old grandmother on her first vacation she had been on in years and we stayed on the top floor. She was really only capable of making that climb once a day and we’re lucky she’s healthy enough to even do that! When we arrived, we were informed the elevator was out of order but lifts had been installed to help move your luggage and other items to your floor. I felt so bad as I saw multiple elderly people throughout the week struggling to climb those stairs - one woman with a walker, one woman with a broken leg and crutches. I understand things break down but a heads up before arrival would have been courteous for one and for two - how long have these elevators been down for them to have installed luggage lifts?

This is a third floor unit. The elevator did not work all week. Property manager did arrange for our luggage to be carried to and from our room. I would never have rented unit without an elevator. I should be refunded some money

Had a great time here. Condo was in an excellent location and had a lovely view. Great setup for two couples. Pool wasn't mentioned in the listing, but it does have one (two actually but the other is quite dinky). Pack a bit of extra kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking as the well stocked kitchen was a bit lean for what I would call well stocked. Overall excellent rental.
