Additionally, 546 Thames Street - North's open floor plan with many windows allows for bright, natural light while the sweet and salty air of the ocean enters the great room through an eight foot window seat, offering sweeping views of Thames Street. In addition, you may enjoy outdoor seating on our private deck and enjoy a cup of coffee at the caf table. The master suite is the ideal area for relaxing, offering private access upstairs to a living room and master bedroom and bathroom. ***Cancellation Policy***
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to submit an online Guest Identity Verification form. A copy of a government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

At the end of Thames St. walking distance to store, restaurants and bar in the dock area. This is a spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bedroom unit. Plenty of room to relax with family and friends. Beautiful roomy bathrooms. Enjoyed large windows overlooking Thames St.
Great place and great location. Good communication with the owner. Everyone having their own full size bathroom was a plus.
Light, airy apartment in the heart of Newport with east access to the harbor, restaurants, and local sites.

My family enjoyed this property. It was clean and everything was in good working order. It was bigger than I expected. Only complaint is the window shades only covered half of the windows leaving them partially exposed in the evening. Overall though great place!
We enjoy coming to Newport at thanksgiving we have been coming for about 5 years. The property is great with one problem the climate control system is not good this has happened at other properties in the yatching village properties( this is the third property we have stayed in). The living area and downstairs bedrooms are cool and the upstairs bedroom and loft is so hot it’s difficult to sleep. I paid a lot of money to rent the condo and my family was disappointed in this matter. The rest of the condo was great but I think I would be remiss in not letting the owners know that they should remedy this as it will influence my rental of this property again and I would not feel right recommending your property to others. My brother and his family stayed here for my daughters wedding weekend. Perfect location for exploring and getting around. Comfy, clean and cozy.

We stayed with 6 girls for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! Beautiful house, amenities and location was unbeatable, right down on Thames street. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and also will definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend this July. The location was perfect and within walking distance of both downtown restaurants and the cliff walk. Checkin was smooth and easy with keyless entry on a keypad outdoors. The property was spotless and comfortable. Will definitely return!
