Stayed Oct 24, 2025The condo was well furnished. If something didn't work, it was fixed within one day. We loved being close to Charley Young's beach, and were grateful for the beach chairs that came with the condo.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025We stayed here for 1 week and loved the location. You can walk to the beach and many shops. The grounds were beautiful, with many walking paths and always well kept up including all the pools. Overall the condo was clean and had a great view. The condo itself is quite old along with the furniture, decor, towels, and the dishes. If there were updates made to this I think it would help with the overall feeling of being a clean and stocked accommodation.The check-in/out process was super easy and we love the pools and tennis courts. Everyone around the condo was very friendly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our unit- 3310 - was in excellent condition - updated, very clean, all necessary cutlery, dishes, cookware and appliances. Air conditioner, although we didn't really need it at night. Building and grounds well maintained. short 10 minute walk to nearest beach, food tucks, etc. Restaurants were a short drive away. Enjoyed the stay.

All appliances worked just fine, although we mainly ate out All owel and linens very nice. Plenty of space for the two of us. Nice small balcony. Entire complex very clean and well maintained. Lots of parking. 10 minute walk to mile ln stretch of beaches, restaurants, food truck, shops etc.

All the items you need for the beach were there which was nice. The view was good until the crane went up which ruined it.
