Welcome to our beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Top Floor Bear Hollow condo!

**Property Overview**

A quintessential mountain getaway awaits you and your guests at this three-bedroom, top floor/corner unit in Bear Hollow Village, an upscale neighborhood with amenities galore surrounded by gorgeous mountain views. This well-appointed 1,330 square foot condo offers an open space floor plan with vaulted ceilings that is perfect for families and diverse travel groups. The combination of beautiful slate flooring throughout and modern/rustic furnishings in a neutral decor create a feeling of cozy mountain living.

The formal dining offers abundant space for entertaining: the dining table has seating for five with additional seating for three at the granite island bar. The eat-in kitchen has granite counter tops, all appliances (refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave and dishwasher), and is completely stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware and all cooking utensils. If you prefer to BBQ, you can grill on your private deck with views of the mountains. The adjacent family room provides space to relax by the fire, watch TV or connect to Wi-Fi.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
Master bedroom offers privacy with a king bed and spacious en suite bath retreat (separate jetted spa tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity).
The second bedroom has a queen bed
Third bedroom features twin-over-full bunk beds - perfect for younger guests! These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom.
The condo comfortably sleeps 7, plus there is a sofa pullout in the family room for 2 more guests. All bedding and towels are plush and soft, plus extra sheets and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

**AMENITIES**

Guests of this condo also have their own washer/dryer for a mid-vacation laundry day, central A/C, one underground assigned parking spot with a private storage closet to store your gear, plus additional parking on the street if needed. Guests have access to the Bear Hollow Clubhouse that is located only steps away from the condo. The clubhouse facility has a seasonal pool, fitness center, hot tub, locker-rooms, lounge with large plasma TV, fireplace, and business center with high-speed internet access. There are also a couple additional hot tubs hidden around the neighborhood for you to enjoy.

**Location**
Just a 25 minute drive from Salt Lake City airport, Bear Hollow neighborhood's central location allows travelers access to everything Park City has to offer. It is ideally nestled in the foothills of Kimball Junction, adjacent to the Utah Olympic Park with panoramic views of Park City, offering year round amenities for both summer and winter adventure in Rocky Mountain Utah. In the winter, world class skiing is located at Park City Canyons Village (two miles away), Park City Base Area (five miles away) and Deer Valley (seven miles away). In the summer, go for a wild ride on the Zip Line or explore literally hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Restaurants and shopping are next door at the outdoor mall and movie theater at Redstone, and the Tanger Outlet Mall. Park City is the home to renowned events including the Sundance Film Festival and the Park City Arts Festival each year. Park City is also perfectly situated for access to other Salt Lake area resorts such as Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbasin and Sundance.

**Getting Around**
The free bus stops at the bottom of the bear hollow community, it will take you anywhere you need to go in town. When you rent our condo you might want a car.

    Fantastic condominium! Because the property is on the top floor, the ceilings are higher in most of the rooms compared to units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever. Excellent property, communication, amenities, etc. If I had to mention any inconveninces, while we were there there were crews working on what appeared to be a underground street/infrastructure plumbing issue and concrete sidewalks just south and west of the pool/clubhouse. That didn't affect us at all. We were very happy with the property and our choice to stay there.

    Nice accommodations.My 15 year old son and 12 year old daughter enjoyed having their own rooms. The bed were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked for basic cooking. It was nice parking underground in a garage because it stormed when we were there. The bus was easy and free to get to the mountain to ski at Canyons or Mountain village at park city. It was just a 5 minute walk down to the highway to get on the bus, it was a little more effort to walk back up the hill after a long day of skiing but it was nice to have access to a hot tub at the end of a long day skiing. It was a less than 5 minute drive to Kimball Junction for grocery store and restaurants and outlet shopping.

    First time we stayed here and for the most part everything was good. No major issues. Place was clean overall and had everything we needed. Unit was close to the pool and close to town, shopping and food options were nearby. Beds were not as soft as we would have liked, and a few minor cleanliness issues but overall we had a great stay.

    Great location with easy access to grocery shopping and all of our adventures. Some challenges with hot water staying warm for showers, a low battery on the smoke detector and fireplace pilot light kept going out. Messaged the property manager and they responded quickly. Overall the place was clean (little dusty), and very comfortable for stay.

    Super clean condo. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal. Easiest check inand out. Bed and linens very comfortable. Location is within 15 minutes to anything you need. Will be renting again on my next trip.
