Top-floor, beachfront condo w/private balcony, ocean views, and beach access

This was a perfect place for our group of 3. We could not have been happier! The only temporary concern was navigating the AC units that seemed to blow a lot longer than needed being set to auto which was the required setting. Also, it would have been nice for the bedroom ceiling fan to operate separately from the overhead light. But seriously, that was it. We ordered dinner from Liquid Assets across the street and had a very relaxing stay!

Our second time in this unit. Love it! We will be back.

This was a quiet and charming condo with an ocean view. We would stay again.

Excellent location

Arrived in town an hour before check in time at 3pm. Asked if I could park in my designated spot to go the beach while waiting til check in time, as there was nowhere else to park. I was told I would be towed if I parked in the vacant spot before 4pm. That was a little frustrating. Property was clean. Good location. Nice view from balcony. Checkout by 10am was a little early as most is 11am.

The location was great, but the property left a lot to be desired.

The only thing good about this rental was the location. The location was very convenient to beach rentals (umbrella/chairs), beach access and several good restaurants. Unfortunately, the keyless entry code was 10 digits long and the keypad was VERY finicky. This usually required at least 5 attempts to get to work. We received in our instructions that we were required to wash our feet and beach items prior to returning to the condo so that we did not track sand. However, footwash/hose required a key, which was not delivered to us until late PM on the the day before check out. The condo had two beds, both of which were soiled and unusable. The first bed had what appeared to be a vomit stain down the side of it and the second bed had what appeared to be a blood stain on the comforter. This was noted to Vacasa, the management company, upon check-in. We did receive a replacement comforter on the second day of our 2 night stay, but it had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE smell. We requested that Vacasa send someone to clean the other bed, as the vomit stain was located on box spring cover and would require entire bed to be deconstructed. Vacasa was unable to do this and we were unable to use beds due to sanitary concerns. I have contacted Vacasa several times since checking in only to receive generic responses to wait for the local team to contact me, yet they have not. I was refunded 1/2 of our cleaning fee. This was inadequate given the conditions of the condo. Will never reserve with Vacasa.

Wonderful location on 93rd street! You get to watch the sunrise in the morning from the ocean front patio. This unit is one street over from the handicap accessible blue mats which make it easy to push a stroller or a loved one in a wheelchair. Beach wheelchairs are also available on 94th street. There is an elevator in the building, however, it is very slow. I was a little worried when reading the reviews that the AC wasn't up to par, but the AC units look new and kept the condo at a perfect temp.

I love the fact that the unit was oceanfront, always a plus. However, getting into the building with your belongings with a shopping cart on a very steep ramp was not ideal, especially with someone in your party with mobility issues.

We enjoyed this property. Right on the beach, lovely view. Great little beach. Was May before the summer crowds arrived. Cleaners did a good job. Just a very small amount of dust on the bedside table and the headboards had some dust

Everything was great. The condo was very clean and had basic amenities. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Loved that we had parking and easy access to Beach shuttle stops. Only issue was the temperature. The air could not be set lower than 70.

The condo was absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated with very nice furniture inside and on the balcony. Very clean as well. Reserved parking spot. Very nice essentials package when I checked in. The only suggestion I can give would be, that it is time to replace the mattresses. Everything else was perfect!!!

I thought I left a review before but here goes a quickie. Great place! Would def stay here again!

It was wonderful, exactly as advertised

We had a relaxing stay, the internet needs work and some other minor issues came up, but overall it was a good stay.

Nicely updated, had everything we needed. The only thing the place needed was more hangers for the closet. Other than that, it was perfect.

We had a really nice time. Everything was clean and comfortable. My suggestion is to update what you provide. It didnt say, (unless I overlooked it) so we brought sheets, towels and shampoo/soap, and you had it already. It would have been nice to know that, so we so we didnt drag everytr

Right on the beach, perfect location for a weekend away. Can hear ocean from the condo. No need to drive anywhere. Would stay again because so easy and convenient!
