Description:
This updatedfour-bedroom condo is nestled between Four O’clock Run, Breckenridge’s longest ski run, and the Snowflake Lift for easy access to Peak 8. We believe in continuous improvement to make sure you have the best experience possible so we are constantly refreshing.

This location has it all! Beautiful views from each of the three wraparound balconies…some of downtown and the eastern mountains and some of the ski slopes and the western mountains; some balconies have both. All balconies are within shouting distance of Four O'clock Run (adjacent to wooden fence in pictures). Watch your skiers/hikers/bikers come in from the mountain from the balconies or through the kitchen and living room windows.

Start your day on the mountain at Snowflake Lift, located steps away from the condo complex. (Note, lift tickets and equipment rental is also conveniently located at the Snowflake Lift). When you are ready to take a break, ski Four O'clock run back to the complex and store your equipment in the convenient first floor storage locker before heading up the elevator to your third floor retreat!

During the summer months, take a hike on one of the many trails starting right out the door, including a beautiful family-friendly trail to the Sawmill Reservoir for some trout fishing! It’s also a short walk to the center of quaint downtown Breckenridge and the Riverwalk, or you can catch the Breck freeride bus at the stop directly across the parking lot to anywhere in town.

There is a dedicated locked storage closet for skis/boots is on the lower level of the complex within steps of the entrance. After leaving your skis in the storage closet, take the elevator (steps away) to the third floor, where our 2-level penthouse shares the floor with only one other unit. There are no shared walls. You will enjoy four bedrooms and three full bathrooms: 1 – king, master; 2 – 2 twins; 3 – twin over queen bunk bed; 4- Queen. Dine together at the gorgeous dining room table which seats 8, with additional seating at the counter. Or use the picnic area located in the Tyra common area. Recap your day while relaxing in the oversized, comfortable couch and two chairs in the living room, or take a soak in one of the Tyra hot tubs (one outdoor, two indoor), located in the center common area of the complex.

Owners frequently rent from vacation rental websites and have made every effort based on their experiences to make your stay in this mountain penthouse enjoyable and comfortable. Amenities including all linens, hair dryers in every bathroom, humidifiers and fans in every bedroom, comfortable beds and bedding, extra pillows and blankets, a television in each bedroom, a 55-inch television in the living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. A starter kit of basic toiletries and paper supplies is included to get your vacation off to a good start!

    Had a wonderful time. Although we wished for more snow we were able to enjoy the excellent location; walking out the door and across the street to rent our skis and jump on the chairlift to enjoy the mountain. The unit itself was as advertised - very welcoming and comfortable for our extended family. Kim and Kevin were incredibly responsive to any inquiries including prompt replacement of a couple of non-working humidifiers. We will definitely reach out to determine the availability of the unit for our next family trip to Breckenridge.

    Absolutely wonderful place. Everything you need is there and it is literally across the street from the ski rental business, and snowflake chairlift. I would highly recommend this to anybody that wants a true ski and ski out resort experience.

    Perfect for our family. Very clean and well maintained. The 4 O’clock run was just outside our balcony. Unfortunately our trip took a devastating turn in the loss of my husband. The management team and our hosts were beyond kind and helpful. Our family created beautiful memories even in all our grief.

    Convenient to both town and Snowflake lift we especially appreciated the bottom floor ski locker and elevator to the third floor unit. Our family of 8 enjoyed a quiet stay in this well stocked condo. Though the common areas were a bit smaller than we expected, we were able to move a comfortable bedroom chair into the living area so the adults all had a seat. We didn’t use the wood fired fireplace or take advantage of the community hot tub - maybe next time! Windows looked out on Four O’clock run which we skied down to return home after skiing, so convenient with kids. Town bus right across the street for easy access to Peak 9 or town though the downhill walk to town is a quick 10 minutes. Great communications with owners and local management company.

    I think this has been the best/smoothest VRBO experience I have ever had. The property owner sent over a full pdf outlining the property, amenities, and even recommendations for the town from skiing to restaurants! Leading up to the reservation the property managers timely sent emails and text messages with check-in code and reminders. The property itself was nice, clean and in an amazing location. We had a toddler and the property had all the necessities such as pack and play and booster seat. The property is just a short walk away from a ski lift as well as rentals and the bus stop which can take you into the main streets, but is also very walkable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

    We stayed over the Christmas holiday and this was the perfect location for a group of both skiers and those looking to enjoy the town of Breckenridge. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and came with all of the amenities we could need. From the communication post-booking, to check-in, and check-out, everything was seamless for our family.     The place was perfect in every way. It was better than was listed and the property manager as well as the owner communicated the entire time from booking all the way through check out. I doubt I will stay anywhere else if I ever return to Brekenridge. It was expensive, but worth every penny for location and quality of every little item. We loved it!!!
