A renovated townhome offering a peaceful tree-house vibe. Access to year-round activities is at your doorstep!
This lovely three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo features modern furnishings and a functional layout including an open concept living space with a view of the Tollhouse trail. A well-stocked kitchen opens to the dining and living areas—a lovely open-concept joined by beautiful timber rafters. The wood stove throws cozy warmth in the winter and the large deck beckons for relaxing in the summer. The entryway has lodge style cubbies, a boot warmer and enough space for the whole family to boot up in comfort. A convenient ski locker is just outside your door and a covered bike rack is available to secure your bikes. This townhome is a wonderful homebase for families or groups of friends!
The Tollhouse Condos are conveniently located for access to some of Stowe's favorite year-round activities. In winter, grab your gear and ski down to the Toll Road lift (weather dependent) to connect over to the Stowe Mountain Resort—alternatively, a quick drive or ride on the complimentary Mountain Road shuttle (shuttle stop only 0.3 miles from the door!) will have you at the base of the quad for first tracks! For the cross-country skier, the Nordic Center is just a ski in the other direction!
Spring through Fall brings a whole load of fun— great access to hiking and mountain biking trails right from your door! The resort activities are plentiful and include the Mt. Mansfield Auto Toll Road, Gondola SkyRide, Tennis, wining, dining, shopping and more. A refreshing dip in the condo's community pool after a day of enjoyment is icing on the cake!
Please note:
Top bunks are not suitable for adults.
Only two vehicles may park immediately outside the condo. Additional vehicles can park at the pool area. Vehicles not adhering to parking restrictions will be towed at the guest's expense—guests will not be compensated for towing fees.
The HOA also has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking inside the units or outside within 50 feet of any buildings including patios, decks, and walkways is prohibited.
Violation of these rules may result in guests being fined directly from the Association. Please be respectful of these rules.
Guest pets are not permitted at any Tollhouse condos. Only select properties allow pets. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. Please note that owners are permitted to have pets. Please be understanding and respectful of this HOA policy, which is outside of the control of Stowe Country Homes.

    The host was in attentive. There was an issue with the hot water. It took host more than 2 days to send someone and the problem was not resolved. When the host representative came said it seems not too bad and he has more urgent things to do and then the host just said he does not plan to solve the problem

    Great property for our family! Ski on /off for Toll lift, but also a short drive to Spruce. Would be good for older kids who actually can make use of the ski on/off.

    Loved the property. Garbage process a little stressful. would recommend putting a TV. in the living room especially when there are 6+ staying in house.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Tollhouse lift and the runs there were open, so this spot worked perfectly as ski in / ski out. Very Nordic motif going on inside, clean and simple, which we liked. It could use a good dusting to remove some high-flung cobwebs, and the instructions on what to do with the garbage were a bit confusing, but otherwise excellent property for a family ski trip. We would rent this site again.

    Management company was totally unresponsive. No idea what they are doing in the real estate business. Not sure if there was more dust on the ceiling fans or under the bed.

    Clean, Well stocked, nice furnishings and well fitted vacation home. Perfect in every way. Was missing mini shampoos and bath soaps, but not an issue as we had our own. Otherwise just right for our group.

    Enjoyed our stay. The unit is as pictured. Modern, newly updated, very pleasant. Especially enjoyed the spotless bathrooms. It was mostly in good shape, but with a few small spots not fully cleaned from the last visitors, and the kitchen needs a few additional items to be fully stocked (a cutting board, a sheet pan, etc), but overall really good and would stay there again. The location would have been awesome for ski-on/off but the mountain didn't have that slope open. It's really way off to the side of the mountain, so I wonder how often that happens? It was only one of two lifts not open.
