Step into the heart of downtown Tofino with this bright and inviting waterfront studio suite, perfectly situated on Tofino’s bustling working harbour. From the moment you open the door, you’ll be captivated by sweeping views of Clayoquot Sound and its majestic old-growth forests. Watch the boats come and go, hear the occasional seal bark, and marvel at the marine life from your private balcony.

This cozy, colorfully decorated space is ideal for 2 adults but has a queen pullout sofa for additional flexibility. The open concept layout features a living/dining area that comfortably seats four at the dining table. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, highlighting the vibrant décor and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The full kitchen is equipped with all essentials, including blender, cookware, utensils, and coffee/tea station. Locally roasted Foggy Bean coffee and assorted teas from Tofino are provided to get your mornings started right.

PETIQUETTE
Pet-friendly for 1 dog maximum. Please declare at time of booking. Dog towels, a small bed, and bowls are provided. Fee: $50 per dog plus applicable taxes. Please keep pets from chasing wildlife—especially shorebirds.

ACCESS
Guests have keypad entry for a seamless check-in experience, and full access to the apartment. The building has two entrances:
• Ground floor entrance: Wheelchair-friendly ramp, easy access for all guests
• Upper parking lot entrance: Short set of stairs to reach the suite
This ensures accessibility while offering multiple convenient options depending on your parking or arrival method.

CHECK-IN
Self check-in is enabled for your convenience. Blue Crush, the local property management company, is available to assist during your stay should you need anything. Detailed check-in instructions are sent 2 days prior to arrival.

LOCATION
This waterfront condo is located in the heart of downtown Tofino, offering immediate access to everything the town has to offer. Within walking distance, you’ll find:
• Local restaurants, cafés, and coffee shops
• Tonquin Beach and the Tonquin Trail system
• Adventure tourism providers offering kayaking, fishing, whale watching, and paddleboarding tours
• Gift shops, art galleries, and local boutiques

You can truly explore Tofino without ever needing your car, though having a vehicle is ideal for excursions to the surrounding beaches, trails, and the Pacific Rim National Park.

TRANSPORTATION
Enjoy safe and scenic travel options with a designated multi-use path (us locals call it the MUP), perfect for walkers, bikers, joggers, and strollers. During summer, take advantage of the free shuttle bus from town to the info center. Other transportation options include:
• Public bus transit connecting Tofino and Ucluelet
• Bike rentals including pedal bikes and e-bikes
• Ride share via Coastal Rides app and Tofino Taxi (limited driver)
• Pre-arranged Tiki Bus and Pacific Rim Navigators for larger groups
• Budget Rental Cars available at Tofino Airport (pre-arranged)
• EVO Car Rental, located at Tofino Resort & Marina

To get to Tofino and Ucluelet from the mainland, you need to take a ferry to Nanaimo or Victoria. From there, it’s a scenic drive of 3–5 hours. You can also fly into Tofino with Pacific Coastal Airlines or Harbour Air, which offers stunning and quick flights directly to Tofino Harbour.

PARKING
The suite comes with one guaranteed parking spot on-site. Additional paid parking is available on nearby streets. During summer months, a free beach bus service provides convenient access to local beaches and attractions.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
• Drip coffee maker with locally roasted Foggy Bean coffee
• Assorted organic teas
• Salt, pepper, and essential cooking supplies
• Blender and other basic appliances
This setup allows you to cook meals with ease, while enjoying the harbour views right from the kitchen window.

ENTERTAINMENT
Tofino itself is a natural playground, but for cozy indoor moments, the suite offers:
• Propane fireplace to keep you warm on cool evenings
• TV with Telus cable for your favorite shows and movies
• Assorted books to enjoy a quiet night in

OUTDOORS
Step out onto your private balcony with seating for two, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset over the harbour. The waterfront location allows for front-row views of Tofino’s working harbour and surrounding old-growth forests.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Please advise if you plan to use the queen pullout sofa. Bedding is provided for the sofa, and additional guest fees may apply as per booking policies.

• Cancellation: 100% refund minus $50 plus tax if cancelled more than 30 days prior; non-refundable within 30 days

    Excellent location with parking. Harbour view from windows. Bakery on lower floor of building, best pastries in town for breakfast and lunch. Unit clean and quiet. Look forward to returning.

    We rented a unit for friends visiting from out of town. At first, they noticed a few things that weren’t quite up to par. However, upon contacting the rental team, they were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make their stay a delight.Anything that needed fixing was fixed promptly, and anything that needed cleaning was taken care of right away. Thanks to their quick action and excellent service, our friends had a wonderful stay.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly book this rental again.

    We had a great stay at Fred Tibbs . This little studio was clean and well appointed with full kitchen , full bathroom and a very comfortable queen size bed . It has a small balcony overlooking the inlet and the dock where all the small privets planes , water taxis and private tour boats start so lots to see . There is a great little cafe downstairs with excellent breakfast / lunch and coffee. A very short walk will get you to shopping , groceries and more cafes .Our condo was right next to the main staircase of the building and next to the laundry area so it was quite noisy during the day and until around 11:30 PM weekday and 12:00 AM on the weekend . The hosts were very responsive and helpful . We will definitely return.

    Tofino and surrounding area is all stunning. The apartment was very good and met all my needs and made it easy to access Tofino and the view of Meares Island and mountains was glorious.. Some challenges with door code but Erika was great and came immediately. Love to come back.

    Great little place, awesome for 1-2 people. Mostly quiet, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen including some coffee and tea. Gas fireplace was nice to have on dreary days. Some items in the unit need a little TLC but it didn’t detract from my stay. Great communication from the manager, just double check the check in and check out times as they are inconsistently stated on websites and in messages.

    My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights. This place is awesome! The photos don’t do it justice, it was much bigger than expected. The condo had everything you needed to cook. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main strip and grocery store. We were a touch hesitant initially because there weren’t many reviews but that shouldn’t scare you away. This was an excellent condo and the host was so welcoming and caring! Highly recommended!!

    My wife and I took a quick trip to Tofino in August and stayed at this wonderful condo. The host, Erika, provided excellent communications and check-in/out instructions. The condo itself is well kept and in a great location with easy access to central Tofino. Most importantly, the best bakery in town is located just downstairs! We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to the island.

    We had most everything we needed for our stay. Property was clean and fairly well stocked. Nice breeze with the balcony doors open. Great Pizza place up the street. Unit can be a little loud at times because the stairwell shares a common wall with the unit. All in all a nice place to spend a few days while visiting Tofino.
