The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with its own ensuite bath, while the third is furnished with 2 full beds and easy access toa conveniently located hall bathroom. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach with 2 plush sofas and a large flat screen TV. A generous dining area providing plenty of space for meals and gatherings, complemented by a breakfast bar with additional seating. Comfort, space and stunning views come together to create the perfect coastal getaway.
Continue your workout routine in our well-equipped fitness center, soothe those muscles while soaking in the hot tub. Take a swim in the warm Gulf waters or make a splash in one of the 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk). With a traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway, enjoy a game of tennis/pickleball or take a walk on the private dock/pier located across the street at our Riverside property.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions). Guest will receive an email invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

    We loved the location of Seaspray, but this unit was outdated, in need of some repairs and dirty. In most printed documentation, the management company is firm on the check in time due to thorough cleaning in reaponse to Covid. Floors were dirty, hand/body smudges on walls, mirrors and glass, kitchen sink a little dirty, dust bunnies and clumps of hair found in one room, yogurt/milk-stained dining chair cushions, dining table glass top had smears, and clothing found in drawers from previous guests.... just to name a few cleaning concerns. The weather was not great the first day or two, so it was not a great start to vacation recognizing all of the cleaning issues. A little difficult to relax looking and thinking about it. However, most high traffic areas were clean and the unit smelled refreshing when we walked in though. We liked the layout of the unit and rested well once we got over some of the cleaning concerns. The unit was also outdated with peeling paint, trim work, and decor. Some of the furniture on the deck had a sign (I assume from a previous guest) stating safety concerns. The unit had all the kitchen supplies that we needed to prepare our own meals and snacks all week. A couple extra trash bags would have been nice but we made due with all the extra grocery sacks we acquired. Once the weather improved(and we did some cleaning,), we really enjoyed ourselves and started to overlook some of our initial concerns. The location is wonderful! Even though a couple of days we had to avoid jellyfish, we loved the beach. We found full sand dollars and beautiful shells, we saw dolphins a couple of days and swam with some sting rays too. On Tuesday the Blue Angels had a scheduled practice and it happened yo be when we stopped at Wal-Mart for some supplies. Perfect place to watch their practice. We also saw a couple of jets fly by our balcony a day or two before their scheduled practice. Fun! Overall, it was a wonderful vacation because of the great location. We liked this part of the Emerald Coast because it was pretty low key, beautiful, and convenient. If we choose to stay in yhe Perdido Key area again, we would not stay in this unit again because of how unclean it was. Also, I feel like I have had better luck booking from actual owners rather than property companies. If you don't care about cleanliness, a few needed repairs and updates and only want the accommodation based upon location...then this place is for you.

    We had a great family vacation staying at Seaspray in Perdido Key. The condo accommodated our needs perfectly. Thank you for a great week.

    Property manager wouldn’t answer the emergency phone number. The condo was filthy. Some appliances didn’t work. The whole building was poorly maintained.

    Beautiful views from condo and loved wrap around balcony. Spacious. Comfortable king master bed. Good air conditioning. Things to consider -dishwasher did not work and one toilet needed repairs. We reported to Seaspray Management but they would not fix as owner has to report or put in repair order. So it was not a vacation to wash dishes for 7. Also made me wonder if dishes were really clean upon arrival. With Covid, it was a little bit of concern. Batteries are needed in several remotes and clocks. Great stay but maintenance is needed.

    Everything was perfect from the view to having cookware to cook and enjoy a dinner with the nice breeze coming off the ocean!
