Timberline Lodge 2303 is warm and inviting, from the moment you step inside this appealing residence you'll notice the homey feel and comfortable furniture to accent the space. In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square.     Everything about this place was *perfect*!! Literally we loved it so much we extended our stay an extra day!! Check in was a breeze, condo has a cute and cozy feel but at the same time is nice and spacious with an incredible view. A/C didn't appear to be working when we arrived, but maintenance was at the unit fixing it with 15mins of calling the front desk (even though it was late afternoon Sunday)! Kitchen was stocked with absolutely anything you could ever need - there's even an entire drawer full of spices. Plenty of clean towels, sheets, extra blankets.. Everything. The pool and hot tubs on the property were amazing too. Will 1000% be staying here every trip to Steamboat from now on!!

    Wonderful location and we really liked the heated parking garage, elevator and luggage cart. The king size bed mattress creaked and was in need of repair. The unit was clean and very cozy. Especially enjoyed the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes, and not to mention the outdoor hot tub. Unit was spacious and we liked the open floor plan. Would definitely stay here again!

    Great overall destination. Very close to slopes and the shuttle bus is always running for the 5 min trip up to the gondola area which is walkable but tough with gear. Place was clean and well appointed. Kids liked it. Would come back.

    Absolutely the best place to stay in Steamboat. Short walk to the slopes and restaurants, plus they have a free shuttle to take you anywhere in Steamboat. Probably the best pool and hot tubs in Steamboat! Our young child loved the indoor/outdoor pool while we watched him from the countless hot tubs. They even had a happy hour at the clubhouse where we got some local beers and wine! Our room was very well appointed with all the modern needs. Plus it’s a top floor unit with tall ceilings. The staff is great too. Maria and Ryan were the nicest people! We will be definitely coming back next year!.
