Time to plan your Summer and Fall 2024 Palmetto Dunes Experience!

Maintenance Maintenance Maintenance. That's my review. We have stayed in the Moorings for the last 10 years and we love it there we know that for the most part some of the untits are out of date. This has never been a problem in fact it's mostly expected but in all of the untits we have stayed everything always works and if we have a problem it's fixed immediately. This time there was a whole lot of issues including tv not working on back bedroom where two adults slept and we have some rain so it would have been nice to have watched tv although with the furnace blowing a musty smell out couldn't breathe in that room anyway actually causing us to leave in the middle of the night before our stay was even up. There were more issues and we won't spend as much time on them like chairs on patio a 150lb adult could not sit in because of dry rot and them shredding as he sit down, shower heads spraying in al directions because they need cleaned or replaced, or lighting in kitchen and dinning room blinking like a strobe light at a night club from two separate fixtures. As mentioned before about room being hard to breathe enclosed is a picture of furnace filter that we check because of the black dust.we change ours at home once a month carpet all stained in entrance to master bedroom. Also takes three people to get patio door closed on 2nd bedroom as stated before you can't air out so you can breathe. Honestly there is to much to list. Location is great as review before.

We love staying in Palmetto dunes. The place was the perfect spot for the family. Minutes from the beach and our favorite snack spot the Dunes house. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.

We loved our stay! Don’t believe the other reviews, the place was clean. We stay in Palmetto Dunes 2-3 times a year and this was just as clean as any other house/condo. The location was great especially over a holiday weekend. Owners were extremely communicative and stayed awake for our late arrival (11pm) to ensure we got in OK. Could it use some updating? Sure…but I don’t go to the beach to hang out inside. We spent most of our time out and about with one rainy afternoon inside playing games at the dining room table. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for quick and easy access to the beach and amenities. Thanks for the great stay!

The condo is in a great location but the furniture needs to be updated. There are rips in the pillows, tears in the patio chairs, the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable and dirty. The MBR mattress is horrible. We enjoyed our stay but it really needs to be updated. If it wasn’t for the furniture I would give more stars.

We had a wonderful time at this location in the Moorings. Not crazy about the steps but we all need exercise and it didn’t change the trip one bit!! The chairs in the living room were a bit u comfortable but no longer than we were in the condo we didn’t mind one bit!! Would definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton head . The property was clean and the location was amazing.
