This Gulf-front jewel has ample space for the entire family to relax and rejuvenate. The condo boasts a recent update in the winter/spring, reflecting the meticulous care provided by the owner. The balcony offers a delightful view of the pool area, the beach, and the endless expanse of the Gulf Coast. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, and entertainment is available through cable TV or the DVD player on a rainy day. Children will delight in their own bunk beds situated in the hall, and for additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare a delightful meal for the family. Dine in the living area or on the balcony while savoring the captivating views and gentle ocean breezes. This condo is sure to leave a lasting impression, beckoning you to return year after year!

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Seacrest 806 is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation is allowed, accommodating 2 cars. The reservation includes a starter set of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.

Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID at check-in. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

    Pros: location, view, room carts, kitchen nicely stocked with pots/pans/etc, king bed in master. Check in was VERY easy!Cons: washer leaks when spinning out. Fridge makes loud squeal multiple times a day. This disrupts guests in pull out sofa and hall bunks. Contacted property manager regarding this 2 days in a row. Was told maintenance would come out. Sent video of sound. Never showed. Bring trash bags and toilet paper as only 1 bag and roll are supplied. Other than fridge problem would stay at this condo again.

    It was a pleasant stay… nice room… nice pool … loved the view… only thing is parking … need more spaces for cars..other than that 10 out of 10

    First and foremost, there is mold in the condo. We coughed, sneezed, and had irritated throats all week. And the smell of mold alone is nauseating for me. Had I known it had mold, I would not have booked this property. Most of the mold is in the bathroom but is strong enough that it can be smelled throughout the entire condo. The bunkbeds are child size, so if you have a teen that is adult size, they will not fit on the beds. We ended up pulling out the couch bed and moving the bunk mattresses to the couch bed. Positives: the view is amazing. Location is perfect.

    Hotel was under renovation. Elevator had plywood floors. Hot tub was having thermostat issues and restrooms by pool was closed. I reached out to the rental company and have not been contacted.

    The condo was nice and the wait for the elevator was excellent. Only bad thing is no bathroom on the bottom floor for coming off the beach or from the pool. The weather was great this time of year and we enjoyed the Shrimp Festival.

    The bathroom was NOT CLEAN. The toilet had a sanitary wrap stating it had been clean but that was not true. There was splattered poop and urine on the toilet. I provided pictures to the office. Also reached out to the owner. They both offered for housekeeping to come back out but at that point we had already cleaned it. There was no extra rolls of toilet paper and the headboard was tore up. It was coming apart from the bed and every move we made, it hit up against the wall. It’s been two days since we checked out and the owner or property manager has not called to apologize or make any type of compensation for us cleaning and buying supplies to do so. I would not recommend or use this property again.

    it was very nice and I would return again. Was a little nervous each day with parking, since my pass wasn't a valid parking spot. I'm glad it worked out, but I wasn't sure if it would be open every day.

    The condo would have been nice if it had been cleaned properly. It’s right on the beach with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Unfortunately I was disgusted by it. Our feet turned black from walking around. There was condom wrappers and food in the bedroom floor between the bed and nightstand. We found cookie sheets with food on them that had been put away. The day we were leaving we noticed there were cookies (that we did not bring) on the bunk bed that we were not using. The beds must not have been changed before our arrival. There were also maintenance issues that were annoying to deal with. The tub was super slow to drain so you had to stand in dirty water. There were lots of lights that did not work. There is no kind of safety for the balcony door for children. I will never stay at another condo that this property management group has.
