Stayed Sep 19, 2025As described. Great location, walkable to downtown area. Lots of space. Be sure to confirm for sure if the pool/hot tub are open when you want to book. We were bummed they were closed.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025This was our second time staying in this condo. We like the location. It’s walking distance to ski lifts, shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. We drove about 20 minutes to Frisco for tubing, that was a lot of fun! The condo has everything we could possibly need for our stay. The only thing that I would change, which is so minor, is replace or remove the master bedroom bed skirt, it’s very torn at the bottom. This is just something I would do if it was my condo. Other than that, it’s a nice place.

It's an easy walk to the gondola and into town, and the community hot tubs are close by. We would definitely stay here again; highly recommend for 2-4 people!

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Spacious, well-equipped, clean, all the amenities worked (helpful labelling/instructions from owners) a five minute stroll into town... if I'm intending to come back to Breckenridge at some point, I'd try to book this accommodation again.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024Four of us stayed here for 5 days and everything was excellent. The walk to downtown was very close, pool was just across the parking lot and we all had space when we needed it. Condo had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive.

Stayed Feb 19, 2024Ideal location with easy walk to Quick Silver lift and to Main Street. Easily sleeps 4 adults and 3 kids between 2 queen beds and a large bunk bed, not including fold out couch. 2 min walk to community hot tub/pool. Perfect family getaway. Plan to book again on our next trip
