The unit is located on the first floor in building D. From the balcony there is a partial mountain view in the distance. The décor of the unit is modern. In the living room, there is a sleeping sofa and two armchairs. In the living room, there is a king bed.
Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.

We stayed one night in this condo while visiting Maroon Bells. The condo looks recently remodeled and the interior decor is modern, clean, and cozy. We loved it and the master bed is especially comfortable. Great location too! The only downside is the walls seem to be thin. We frequently heard our upstairs neighbors walking and moving about and we heard the neighbor's TV through the master bedroom as we were going to sleep and as soon as we woke up. Other than that, our stay was close to perfect!
