D1D is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the first floor, 965 SQ FT. It is a modern, clean-looking condominium in light colors. The living room has a big sofa where you can enjoy watching tv or reading a favorite book with a view of mountains in the distance and a gas fireplace during long winter evenings. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island that seats 3 people. In addition, there is a dining table for 4 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and a master bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second bath across the hall with a shower.
Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.

Clean, nice amenities and great location
This unit was perfect for a weekend away with friends in Snowmass. The staff at Timberline are super helpful, the amenities are top notch (you can’t beat that hot tub!), and the location is directly on the mountain. The kitchen was lovely and well appointed for cooking in, and the living room and bedrooms were all very cozy. We had a great time and would highly recommend this spot!
After arriving at our unit and sleeping the first night, we noticed the bed frame in the main room had been broken, resulting in 2 awful nights of sleep, with no response for about two days, until after we left on getting it resolved. Other than that the place was great and they issued a partial refund but the lack of communication and the broken bed definitely tainted our experience.
