This roomy unit easily accommodates up to 8 guests and provides easy access to our on-site restaurant, the Edge, as well as the pool and hot tub. Soak in all the best of Snowmass with family or friends from this spacious condo, where there's room for all!

Upon entry into your Snowmass condo, have a seat on the bench to remove and stow away your adventure gear. A set of hooks and cubbies are conveniently located by the door so that you are organized and ready for the next adventure. You'll immediately be welcomed into the great room of this condo, with its grand stone fireplace and multiple leather sofas and armchairs. The soaring ceilings and railed passthrough of the overhead loft give this condo a grand mountain chalet feel. The great room receives plenty of natural light thanks to its corner location and the large glass doors in the living room.

Enjoy breakfast in the morning before setting out to explore. The kitchen of this condominium is well equipped, with high-quality dark wooden cabinets, sleek countertops, and gleaming stainless steel appliances. Whether you want to enjoy meals at The Edge, conveniently located nearby, or whip up homemade meals from the comfort of your kitchen, you'll find both options delightfully convenient. The sizeable island boasts room for 6 to gather for a casual meal.

Even when traveling with a group, a good night's sleep will be easy to come by in this well-designed condo. The master bedroom offers plenty of space to unwind, with a comfortable king bed and the convenience of an en suite master bathroom. Bedroom two is right next door and offers two twin beds. The second bathroom across the hall features a shower and tub combination. Enjoy views over the great room as you head to the third sleeping area tucked away in the loft. This room also offers two twin beds, as well as the convenience of an ensuite bathroom.

Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.

    The unit is on the 3rd floor although front desk calls it 2nd floor. The parking area where you unload your luggage is at least one story lower then the ground floor. So, you need to carry your luggage climbing 4 stories to get to the unit at over 8000 ft elevation. For a group of seniors (over 73) coming from sea level, it was not easy. Upon entering the room, we found lights not working in 2 bathrooms. Called the front desk, the maintenance guy was dispatched right away. In the meantime, we noticed the carpet in the master bedroom leading to the bathroom was soaked in water! Luckily, they had a spare unit available. But in a different building. We had to carry the luggage down, walked 200 ft and climbed another 3 stories. The maintenance person did help carry some of the luggage for us. This unit was perfect. Except there was a bird nest on top of the deck light. Bird droppings just outside the sliding door where you step out to the deck. Despite the incidents, the place was clean and cozy. The front desk handled the situation well and quickly.

    Loved the ski-ski out convenience! Loved having shuttle service from the Village, grocery store and the Mall! We always gave our driver a tip, but noticed not everyone did.Only negative would be the uncomfortable stools. We had 6 people and had to sit at island to eat and play cards.

    Bigger than i expected, Lots of room for everyone, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nice deck right off the patio and the ski slope. Nice kitchen for preparing meals. Clean and comfy accomadations!! Great stay.

    Timberline was great. The immediate access to the hill was ideal. Skiing can be a bit of a hassle and this location really limits the negative aspect of skiing. The unit we stayed in (B3H) was also very comfortable for our group. Wouldn't change a thing.
