Perfect for a couple or small family, Timberline B2B offers cozy first floor living in Building B. Upon entry, a spacious open concept great room awaits with lots of natural light streamingin through the full wall of glass doors. The kitchen boasts full-sized stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware. Preparing meals in will be a breeze from the spacious kitchen island, where you'll have plenty of room to spread out your ingredients. The island also doubles as an eating space, with four bar-height chairs.

Move easily from the kitchen to relax in the living room, where tile gives way to soft carpet underfoot. The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind, with a large leather sofa and loveseat on which to relax and put your feet up. The wall mounted flatscreen TV is ideal for relaxing evenings in. Enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace on a cold day or step out onto the balcony to soak in the views when the weather is mild. Here you'll look out across an array of pine trees to the mountains beyond.

A private bedroom space makes it easy to slip off to bed at your leisure, even when keeping to a different schedule than your travel mates. The bedroom offers a spacious king bed draped with soft linens, and the bedroom window looks out over the same dreamy mountain landscape. This condo's bathroom is right across the hall from the master bedroom and offers a tub and shower combination. Perfect for those with additional travelers, a second sink is located just outside the bathroom so that morning and evening routines can be completed with ease. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room couch doubles as a sleeper sofa.

Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
